Stopped for a quick lunch on my way to Lubbock (from Denton). Service was super friendly & my food was hot and fresh. Couldn't ask for better!!

I usually love Dairy Queen, but my visit to the Aspermont location was disappointing. It’s unfortunate when staff seem unhappy or disengaged, especially in a small-town restaurant where customer experience matters so much. We weren’t greeted when we arrived—an employee simply stood at the register waiting for us to order and seemed more focused on watching outside for a coworker to arrive. When that coworker showed up, the comment “You’re fired!” was shouted across the restaurant, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Our food took a long time, and I eventually had to ask if the order sitting in the window was ours. When we finally received it, the food was only lukewarm and the fries were undercooked. Experiences like this make it hard for small-town restaurants to succeed, and that’s really disappointing to see.

I have been trying to get an order of chicken n dumplings since the first of November. When they finally got them I was told someone dropped the crock pot that they use for them. So tonight, 2 weeks later, I was finally able to get an order to go. When I got home the cup that contained them was less than half full. I paid over $12 for what was supposed to be a large serving!! I couldn't believe my eyes! This is just ridiculous!!

Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes. I was the only car. Not one sound on speaker. I left without being served. Only three customers inside the store. Same thing happened two years ago. I won't return.

These three young men running the drive thru, register, and cooking by themselves are AMAZING. They are doing the work of ten ppl & super polite. Wait was worth it. 😋 They need a raise. 🤑

Not good. Waited 20 minutes for cold hambugers & fries. Definitely not up to normal DQ standards. We won't stop there again.

Kind staff. He went out of his way and served people personally. Clean environment, and very fresh food.

Came at 11:06 am and door was locked. Came back at 7pm. Only 2 workers here. Floor in front of drinks was a mess. I hope the kitchen is cleaner! Poorly run, not enough staff, the owner should be here helping if not enough staff. This place and this town sucks. Stayed here for a tour of the four 6's ranch. Nowhere decent to stay near the ranch.

We pulled in just before lunchtime, we were the only customers at the time. We ordered 2- #2's large which came out to $38 n change.

After waiting 45 minutes and seeing multiple cars pull through the drive though and get their food, we finally got our food which tasted fine but the fries and drink were both mediums instead of larges like we had ordered.

Seeing how frustrated I was they did offer a free ice cream to make up for the inconvenience.
