i just moved to this area…literally had another restaurant stand me up with paying FULL price on their app, showed up and NO ONE was at that restaurant!!! not only did they facilitate me, and make me feel so humbled, will 1000% be returning!!! do not just go here for the service, but also just the common courtesy they give!!! ❤️

Our waitress Maddy was awful, the manager was kind and polite, the restaurant was clean, restaurant was clean, the food was decent but not worth the price. Would have given better score if waitress was better. She needs ALOT MORE TRAINING she isn't ready to serve people! If the manager reads this.... please PLEASE send her back to training cause if there wasnt a button to push on her tablet she had no clue what to do and teach her about cuts of meat, teach her how to interact with people, how to engage in conversation. A basic course in sales would be worth the investment. This isn't meant to be mean! My hope is she will grow as a waitress it was clear she had never worked as a waitress before. The manager was GREAT.

I ordered the 3 for me. The old timer burger, garden salad and ice tea. The food was delicious, the burger cooked to perfection and you can't beat the price.

My husband and myself visited this Chili's location Monday. We went at time of the day after lunch closer to 4:00 when there were no more than 2 other customers seated at tables. When we entered we waited for more than 5 minutes while the waitstaff was having a hardy laugh with the bartender. We were finally seated and a waitress came and never returned. We watched her/him visit the same two tables twice without ever returning to us.
As we were leaving we watched a person (looked like the owner) take a handful of cash from the bartender watched us as we left and the waitress looked at us from a distance without saying sorry, or acknowledging us leaving. We will NEVER return. BTW I am black and my husband is white. All patrons in the restaurant were white.

The Radical Rita is pretty tasty. Sadly left after one drink because happy hour is only at the bar for some reason… Our server was really nice!

Chili's is a good place to eat. I usually eat here when my kids ask for it. I feel as if
these restaurants are outdated and overrated. With so many new culinary choices, Chili's is a bit behind. The cleanliness is not the best as tables are sometimes sticky, and the restrooms are run down. Overall, it is okay but not a first choice.

Food is good. Service isn't bad but could be better. Their prices are a little high to me but it is what it is. Got the 3 for me which wasn't too highly priced.
