i just moved to this area…literally had another restaurant stand me up with paying FULL price on their app, showed up and NO ONE was at that restaurant!!! not only did they facilitate me, and make me feel so humbled, will 1000% be returning!!! do not just go here for the service, but also just the common courtesy they give!!! ❤️

Our waitress Maddy was awful, the manager was kind and polite, the restaurant was clean, restaurant was clean, the food was decent but not worth the price. Would have given better score if waitress was better. She needs ALOT MORE TRAINING she isn't ready to serve people! If the manager reads this.... please PLEASE send her back to training cause if there wasnt a button to push on her tablet she had no clue what to do and teach her about cuts of meat, teach her how to interact...

Chili's is a good place to eat. I usually eat here when my kids ask for it. I feel as if
these restaurants are outdated and overrated. With so many new culinary choices, Chili's is a bit behind. The cleanliness is not the best as tables are sometimes sticky, and the restrooms are run down. Overall, it is okay but not a first choice.
