I came in yesterday, Saturday afternoon with my family. The young lady who took our order was very kind, and the food itself was good. However, when we received our custard order, it was half melted and incorrect. We decided not to make a fuss, but what truly disturbed us was the employee who handed it to us.
The tall male staff member appeared to be under the influence of something, he seemed barely functional because his eyes were barely open and red. It was extremely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable, especially with my children present. Although I didn’t fully catch a glimpse of his name, I’m positive it started with the letter “C”. I find it completely unacceptable to see someone in that condition working with customers face to face.
Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be returning as often as I used to. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of standards in a place we once enjoyed visiting regularly.
