I had a fantastic experience with Domino’s! Their online ordering is super convenient, and my pizza is always ready in 15 minutes. The carside delivery is a game-changer—they spot my car and bring it out right away. Plus, the pizzas are delicious and packed with toppings!

The manager that works most nights really have things on and popping at this restaurant! I've had one problem, she fixed it and since then everything has been perfect!!!!!

I have to be honest... I don't go to Dominoes, like ever. They're far too many better choices out there when it comes to pizza servings overall.

However, it was a long day on Friday, and I just wanted some pizza. It was too far to drive back in the opposite direction to goto Little Ceez.

I walked in, already knowing what I wanted - a small pepperoni pizza, with butter cheese crust. Simple, right?! Well, the short white guy with the nose ring seemed irritable and wasn't too friendly, and was a little argumentative when I got to the butter cheese crust part of what I was trying to order; as if I should KNOW they don't do butter cheese. I'm petty sometimes, but just like anyone else, I want what I want. So, after asking for the crust flavor, he says garlic butter? I repeat myself, no butter cheese. This happened 2 more times. I was so confused but just went on and gave in.

Waited 15 minutes, and then it was ready. As he handed it to me... it felt very light.

Took it in the house, opened it, and was highly dissatisfied.
(Pls excuse the bite I took before taking this pic). Either way, this is crazy, and a simple reminder why I haven't frequented Dominoes on the regular.
Definitely wasn't worth the 10 + bucks I paid.

First time ordering and the pizzas were burnt. Called to speak to manager and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes only to be hung up on. Spent over $50 for three small pizzas. Horrible experience and quality was awful.

Unfortunately I ordered from the wrong Dominos😪. Thought I would get a quick lunch for the kiddos. Got a cheesesteak and pepperoni cheesy bread. Did not check the order before I left the store. Got home to two totally over baked items. Kids would not touch them and nor did I blame them.

Contacted the store and spoke with one of the employees and explained the situation. They pulled my order and spoke to the manager. I was told per the manager “the items were cooked, just like they normally are”. Totally unconcerned, and poor Customer service.

Look at those pictures would you eat that? I took them back to the store for a refund. The person assisting me didn’t even look at the food. Didn’t even apologize. Will not eat from the Will Clayton Dominos again.

Went last night at 7:22pm we get there and order a lg pepperoni with 8 wings, the clerk said 20 minutes, ok at 7:50 still no food. I go sit in my car while my hubby waits instore, it's 8:33pm now an hr/7 minutes still no food, I entered, ask how many more hrs, the clerk laughed and continued her phone convo, she ask someone in the back something then told 15 more minutes, I ask for my refund and she was literally stuck for 2 minutes and I then suggested get the mgr. He comes gives me a piece of paper with the prices of what I ordered, I'm asking where's my money? He says 3 to 5 days! So I pretty much left with no food and no money. It was 7 people working and still nobody could make my food. So today I called the mgr today, all she did was explain what they should've done, she didn't try to make anything right, I still got nothing and no where. Is this is how domino's does business? Evidently it's what they did to me, so if you want to just give them some free money, if you not hungry, got hrs to wait, walk in and order, this is your place.

Came in & ordered a large pizza & wings. After 1 hour of waiting, I checked to see why it was taking so long. They told me that my order hadn't even come up yet! I got a refund. Very slow service. 1+ hour is way too long to wait on pizza. If they know that they were that backed up from the beginning, I could have made other arrangements. That's unexceptable by far. & the refund is gonna take up to 3 business days to complete.

Pizza was exactly as ordered but app wasn't working so I couldn't do curbside which is what I enjoy nowadays. We will be back next month!
