The lady they have at the drive thru window now… I’m assuming she is newer I haven’t seen her before. She is very rude, and definitely shouldn’t be at the window.

Worst service ever!!!! We went through the drive thru. Lady was rude over the speaker didn’t answer any of my question just kept going with my order. Got to the windows and I asked which coffee as which and the lady at the window had no clue so she turned and asked the manager, manager comes to the window with an attitude stating “ I asked you!” And I said no it should have been two different flavors. But her attitude just got to me and I asked for my money back. No apology what so ever she was rude from start to end.

Upon arrival we did not get greeted. Lady on the counter was very indifferent while we were placing our order. Her facial expressions showed she did not want to be there. We also placed an order through the kiosk and we got out drink 2 orders after, I asked the staff member about my drink and she told her other coworker 'she's talking about a drink but I don't know what she's talking about and I don't have anything'. She didn't apologize for for the inconvenience not the wait. I'm visiting family in town and this was the only Dunkin in the area, too bad I won't be returning when I come back in town. Very bad customer service!

I bought 2 corn muffins this morning and they were dense hard and tasteless like they had been made several days ago. I have been eating at DD most of my life and this location is the worse I’ve ever been to. My dog didn’t even eat the muffin

Made my order on mobile. You're supposed to get a free medium drink with your mobile order. I ordered the new in season "purple" potion iced macchiato with the maple bacon snack and a 50 piece munchkin bucket. First, they charged me for the drink. Second, it wasn't purple! False advertisement for both free and the picture of a PURPLE drink. Third, the bacon advertised looks thicker and crispier than it actually was. Also, I placed my order 15 minutes ahead and they STILL did not have my order ready. Wished I would have read the reviews beforehand. You live and you learn.

It’s the kids working there that have no customer service. Had to wait for my food… cool. Didn’t bring a fork or napkins in my bag. No smiles on their faces. They need some training

I ordered an iced coffee and they forgot to add creamer, I asked the young lady if she could please add it and she said sure. When she gave my drink back, it was fully white and tasted like pure creamer, I couldn’t even taste the coffee anymore.

Customer service sucks! I repeated iced latte like 3-4 times and they still tried giving me an iced coffee and they got bothered when I told them that’s not what I ordered, I even told them you can charge me the difference, I don’t understand why people work in fast food places with bad attitudes.
