I'm assuming other people got the B crew . Stopped here, this was my 1st visit to this location. Drive thru attendant was VERY pleasant. And my order was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. # I Love It Here!!!!!!

It is so hot and uncomfortable inside this location. I’ve been here multiple times over the past few months, each time it’s unbearably hot inside so I have to leave. The service was great, but I won’t be back due to the temperature inside.

I wanted to follow up on my previous review because, unfortunately, the air conditioning STILL hasn’t been fixed—it’s now been over two months since I first mentioned it. Despite repeated visits and plenty of hot days since, nothing has changed.

The inside of the business remains stifling and uncomfortable, and there have been no updates, temporary fixes, or communication from management about when—or if—it will be addressed.

It’s disappointing to see this kind of issue go on for so long, especially when it clearly affects both customers and staff. At this point, it’s hard not to view the situation as neglectful. I sincerely hope the business takes this seriously soon—for everyone’s comfort and well-being. I will continue to post to advocate for the staff.

My family and I arrived at the shop 10 to 15 mins before closing time and the employees had tossed all the leftover donuts already. Apparently they wanted to end their shift early. Very disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this business for awhile; however, the air conditioning has been broken for at least two months, and nothing has been done to fix it. It’s extremely uncomfortable inside, especially on hot days. The manager hasn’t made any effort to address the issue or provide temporary solutions like fans or portable cooling.

It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for customers’ comfort, beyond that I can’t help but be empathetic for the staff!

They rarely get my order right. I never leave negative reviews, but this has become a consistent issue. It’s the luck of the draw with the staff/service you receive. Sometimes the staff is friendly and accommodating. Most of the time they’re rude and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. It’s unfortunate this is the only location that is close to me, otherwise I’d go to another.

This is by far the worst customer service I ever had . May/24/25 around 8pm. The caucasian employee was really rude, and she has no idea how to treat a customer... thank God is a dushbros around the corner...is she doesn't like her job, she should quit.

This location does not know how to make an Americano. I ordered a hot Americano with cream and they gave me a cup full of watered down cream with no coffee in it. I don't go very often, but when I do, the Americanos are not made right. The service is hit or miss. They are either really nice or they don't say anything to you.

I had heard the store changed hands, wow what a difference. Coffee tasted burnt, I actually threw it out and came home and made a cup. I won't be back to this location.

What a differnce with the new owner, I'm changing my review from 5 to 1 star based on my last three visits. NO coffee beans, they have chosen not to carry beans, if you ask they say they have them until you get there and I thought you were taking about ground. We don't stock beans anymore. The Kingwood store does! Tried a cup of coffee and it tasted burnt, most likely been sitting there for quite awhile. Might as well go to the corner gas station as opposed to paying for this over price crap here. Each store is different and this one SUCKS!

Went in around 4:30 to get a coffee. 3 young ladys looked at me and none of them would take my order. 2 of them turned around and went to the back and the third one turned her back to me. Terrible customer service
