This is by far the worst customer service I ever had . May/24/25 around 8pm. The caucasian employee was really rude, and she has no idea how to treat a customer... thank God is a dushbros around the corner...is she doesn't like her job, she should quit.
This location does not know how to make an Americano. I ordered a hot Americano with cream and they gave me a cup full of watered down cream with no coffee in it. I don't go very often, but when I do, the Americanos are not made right. The service is hit or miss. They are either really nice or they don't say anything to you.
I had heard the store changed hands, wow what a difference. Coffee tasted burnt, I actually threw it out and came home and made a cup. I won't be back to this location.
What a differnce with the new owner, I'm changing my review from 5 to 1 star based on my last three visits. NO coffee beans, they have chosen not to carry beans, if you ask they say they have them until you get there and I thought you were taking about ground. We don't stock beans anymore. The Kingwood store does! Tried a cup of coffee and it tasted burnt, most likely been sitting there for quite awhile. Might as well go to the corner gas station as opposed to paying for this over price crap here. Each store is different and this one SUCKS!

Went in around 4:30 to get a coffee. 3 young ladys looked at me and none of them would take my order. 2 of them turned around and went to the back and the third one turned her back to me. Terrible customer service
Disappointed with this location. First time stopping there today, ordered a hot chocolate and bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The hot chocolate tasted off almost just like it was watered down, barely could tell it was chocolate. Bagel tasted old/stale I guess that's why they toasted it š¤·āāļøwhen I didn't say toast it and then I had to put the wrong cream cheese on this bagel myself? lol ok cool, easy to do while driving to work.
Came 15 min before closing, as I understand that nobody wants to stay longer than what they need too but if any fast food or retail place can perfectly close at the time that is posted then that will be my expectation. Pull up to them not saying anything until a couple minutes pass just saying ā we shut off the systemā then that shows me that the system was supposably turned off before hand. 9 means 9
Came almost 20 mins before closing today and said āwe closed the systemsā .
Don't not even intend to go over there, they take forever to service,they don't have enough personnel, 2 employees serving app orders, drive in, and store in order, also don't have enough food to serve, I will not go there anymore.

WARNING! Very slow! Donāt be in a hurry on the drive thru. Got stuck in the drive thru for almost an hour arrival time at 7:30AM.
This is the 2nd time this has happened last time it was 12PM and spent 35 mins on the line.
Short staff.. or that one worker everyone keeps mentioning thatās rude, no sense of urgency, and requires training on the drive thru.

The worst customer service Iāve ever experienced. I live just 10 minutes away from this location and go often, but every single time Iāve been, Iāve had an issue with the same employee. Sheās a woman, probably about 5ā5ā or shorter, with long hair or dreads. Sheās the rudest employee there, and itās gotten so bad that she hides behind the counter near the drive-thru to avoid customers. Iāve tried repeatedly to reach the manager to address my experiences with her, but itās only getting worse. The phone number is useless, and when I ask for a manager in person, she claims there isnāt one available.
Today, I went in and ordered a coffee. She told me, āweāre not doing that anymore,ā so I ordered a different one. As I was giving my new order, she repeated it incorrectly, and when I corrected her, she claimed sheād said it right, even though she hadnāt. I continued customizing my coffee, but she repeated the wrong syrups with an obvious attitude, acting as though my order was a huge inconvenience. I asked again if there was a manager, and she screamed ānoā at me before I drove off without my order. As I passed the drive-thru window, I saw her crouched down, hiding behind the counter.
This has been an ongoing issue for months, and itās honestly ridiculous. The employee is incredibly unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming. If youāre not willing to do your job or treat customers respectfully, you shouldnāt be working there. She needs to be fired.
Firstly I love dunkin and this one being 5 minutes from me means I go very often. When I tell you I use to have no problems at this location had quickly turned into me NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. The girl who works the drive through is the rudest I donāt understand why sheās still employed here. She is constantly messing up my order everytime i go. She is constantly rude to customers for no reason. I went today to get the Sabrina carpenter drink and I usually order on the mobile app to save time I get to the window see the same girl she doesnāt say a word to me and then hands me half my order Iām still waiting she says why are you still here very rudely i told her Iām missing a strawberry sprinkle donut. She says we donāt have any and I tell her well i paid for a donut so give me whatever donut you have then, she goes and places the donut bag in the window Iām in my car so i canāt reach that far she seems so annoyed that she had to hand me a DONUT THAT I PAID FOR which she didnāt even want to get for me even after paying for it !!!! This will be the last time i go to this location super rude and unprofessional please do yourself a favor and donāt come here.
