Loyalty, loyalty, loyalty- those reward points kicked in today!! That on top of excellent customer service by the team and friendly greeting from Joshua! Each time we have visited this location, they are consistent with customer service and getting our orders right. I know it’s challenging with keeping the team interested and rowing in the same direction to achievement however this location and the one in Concord, CA are exceptional. Thanks for warm bellies and savings today! If the cameras could catch my expression, it says it all.🫶🏽🙌🏽

Just wanted to say I've never been to a jersey Mike's and only came in because the menu listed gluten free bread. The dedication the staff took to making sure my food was safe & no intentional cross contamination was really above & beyond! I want to say thank you so much! I have such a hard time eating in public and the staff really made me feel assured in their safe handling of my meal today.

Oct 3, 2024. I love Jersey Mikes!! When I stopped in and ordered the #7 Turkey and Provolone Mikes way. I found the confusion dissapointing. I had to tell the preparer how to make. He was trying to put more onions then there was lettuce... asking what condiments I would like. Something is wrong, definately did not enjoy the experience or the sandwhich.

NO COMPARISON POSSIBLE ?❤️ to any other sandwich shop around here, particularly chains in my opinion; the quality Is just outstanding really, the bread, all of the meats and cheeses and veggies are so much better than other places ...the ingredients are so fresh and perfectly prepared, it's actually a delight to eat here.
And the employees they hire are absolutely wonderful, so professional and cheerful.
This is a great place. Every single time.

I came in on Friday 6/21/2024 and the crew that worked that day made this place a whole 5 star review. Very clean place, everyone putting in their part. They had a super huge order after me and more people behind me and with still at that pressure they managed to run everything smoothly and butter. Great team they had that day!

Joshua, the general manager, & Miles have great friendly customer service! They don't have free wifi for customers. They also don't currently have Watermelon Tea. I got the California Club "Mike's Way" with Rosemary Bread and it was delicious! They can optionally toast the bread. The restaurant was clean. They have some of their meat and cheese on display like you see in a deli, however, they don't sell it. All in all this was a fun tasty experience and I'd gladly return.

Paid for a sandwich with bacon but didn’t even get bacon on it because once we got to that part of the line there was none. Still had to pay full price for the sub didn’t even get everything on it. Disappointed for sure

I enjoyed my sandwich and the atmosphere. New employees need a little work with staging area of preparing your sandwich, but other than that, this place is a must visit if you need a quick bite.
