Been to this location in Poinciana, FL twice. Both times I was missing a vital part of my meal. And no apologies were given or anything. The workers act like you’ve interrupted them when you go in. It’s a terrible feeling.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Dont ever get what we have ordered. Food has been left out of our bags 2x. Been here a few times and everything was fresh. Tonight was the complete opposite. No fresh food, tea was not sweet, and forgot our mac and cheese. Which we paid extra for. Tried calling the store and got no answer when the store was not busy. Need better management

Dear General Manager! This location is new (we understand) but there are EXTREMELY SLOW! The ticket times are absurd. I came through the drive for quick service. WTH Ami still waiting? I ordered at 1:49 and it’s 2:15. Did they have to kill the damn chicken too?! Get more help!

The first time we ate from this location, I would have rated it 2 stars. My most recent visit, 7-13-25, all we purchased was the sides. Mashed potatoes and brown gravey, and 6 biscuits. The young lady was super nice, and they were busy at the drive through. She took my order, filled it all herself. She stated I came at a good time as I was getting their FRESH from the oven biscuits right then. She promptly completed my order and I was out of there in under 15 minutes. I was cooking the chicken myself at home. The only way we seem to get the regular sized drumstick/legs, as all fast food places the chickens have all shrunk and become flavorless.
