I ordered food from DoorDash, was promised it to be picked up by 6:50pm. I got messaged by my dasher at 7:20pm that the food hadn’t even been started. After all was said and done my order was a hour late. Thanks KFC for this amazing customer service!!! When I called to speak to a manager, some snooty kid said there wasn’t one.

Don't order here if you want your food in less then 35 minutes. Both times I've ordered from here I've waited over half an hour for just a 3pc, no other costumers, seems there is zero order priority. Manager was probably found in a cereal box ir doesn't comprehend how to lead a shift, this location needs an extreme team makeover, or just close the doors until the staff is at least trained decently.

I stopped by the KFC on Atascocita Road in Humble tonight after realizing I hadn’t eaten all day. This was my first time at this particular location, and unfortunately, it left a really bad impression.

From the drive-thru speaker, the older gentleman taking orders (Tony) sounded rushed and impatient. I ordered a 5-piece tender meal with fries and coleslaw, plus a drink and a 6-piece hot wing. When I drove to the window, the food was already being bagged, which is fine, it’s fast food, but the attitude wasn’t necessary.

While still being polite, I asked if it was too late to switch my fries to potato wedges. I even told him “if it’s too late, don’t worry about it.” His tone made it clear he wasn’t happy about the question, but he said he would switch them. I thanked him and moved on.

When he handed me the bag, I asked if the sauces were inside since the meal normally comes with sauce and he never asked what I wanted. Instead of just grabbing them, he muttered something under his breath and said, “You asked me if the sauce was in the bag like I can read your mind.”

I told him I didn’t expect anyone to read my mind, but since he didn’t ask for the sauce choice, I assumed I needed to say it at the window. His response was dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering I was polite the entire time.

On top of that, the food was warm at best — nowhere near fresh — which makes the attitude even more unnecessary. Customer service is the bare minimum, and it should never feel like a problem for an employee to do the basics of their job. When I asked for his name, I was given “Biscuit” before he finally said his actual name (Tony)

This was unacceptable from start to finish. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but experiences like this need to be addressed. If I’m spending my hard-earned money on food, the least I expect is basic courtesy and the items that actually come with the meal. I’ll be reaching out to corporate as well because good customer service is the bare minimum you can offer a customer especially when they’re not being difficult.

KFC-Belmont, NC (Wilkinson Blvd): The chicken was horrible. It was extremely greasy and looked as if it was days old and reheated. I/we will not be eating there again!!

Today, I visited the newly opened KFC outlet on Temple Road, Varkala. At the outlet, orders are placed through a machine-based digital menu system. I placed my order using this system. However, at the time of delivery, I was informed that none of the items I had ordered had been launched at this outlet yet. Instead of Smoky Chicken, I was told that broasted chicken could be provided for the same amount, and broasted chicken was given. According to the management, items such as the single burger and Smoky Chicken have not yet been launched at this outlet. When I asked why items that have not been launched are still displayed on the ordering menu and why they have not been removed, the only response I received was a smile. I believe this is an act of misleading and deceiving local residents as well as domestic and international tourists visiting Varkala. It’s too bad 😞

KFC on Atascocita Road – Very Disappointing
On Tuesday, I ordered two special-order buckets of 8-piece chicken—one Original and one Crispy. This was hands down the nastiest chicken I’ve ever had from KFC. The quality was terrible.
An 8-piece is supposed to include 4 legs and 4 thighs, but one of my buckets had all thighs. When I tried to address the issue, they refused to exchange the fries or mashed potatoes and acted like nothing could be changed because “the menu is the menu.” No care, no customer service, no accountability.
This is my third time giving this location a chance, and every single visit the chicken has been bad. I live in The Grove and will never return to this KFC. I’ll drive to Popeyes or anywhere else before I spend another dime here.
I was happy when they opened last year, but now I see why this location has a reputation. Poor quality, poor service, and they simply don’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this KFC to anyone.

Always clean when I come here! I always order through the app so it’s ready when I arrive. I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken sandwich. Wow it was a thick juicy tender fillet, and the sandwich itself was very good as well. The bread was soft and very fresh. I would definitely recommend getting the chicken sandwich. The chicken strips that I ordered were a little on the dry side and smaller than what I was hoping for they definitely have some work to do if they want to compete with other companies like Cane’s chicken for example. I really enjoyed the $17 meal deal that was offered through the app. It came with two chicken sandwiches four chicken strips, two sides and two drinks. I thought that was overall a great value. Now my new favorite menu items are going to be the chicken sandwich and the chicken pot pie is also one of my favorites as well! I will definitely be returning again and again. I am so thankful that we finally got a KFC in the Atascocita area wow this is a really nice addition to the neighborhood!!

This franchise/location never honors/participates the national deals that other locations in the area do. Even pops up as an alert or ad but when this location is picked it never shows up.

Been to this location in Poinciana, FL twice. Both times I was missing a vital part of my meal. And no apologies were given or anything. The workers act like you’ve interrupted them when you go in. It’s a terrible feeling.
