Little Caesars Pizza

It took forever to get our order, we were waiting for almost over an hour, there were so many people inside waiting for there food and more people coming in complaining about wrong orders.They had at max 5 people working and 1 girl was working in the front and back, the pizza wasn't even fresh and our crazy bread was so sad looking and small it genuinely made me upset because I love the crazy bread.😞 I don't recommend

I had a very disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location. When I walked in, it took 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was finally told there would be a 20-minute wait for any pizza because they were “in the middle of something else.” When I asked what that was, I was told it wasn’t my concern, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional.
The way I was spoken to was offensive, and customer service was completely lacking. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. This location is constantly slow, with orders often taking 20 minutes or more, and over 75% of the time customers are either not greeted at all or are treated rudely.
Because of the poor service and disrespectful attitude, I will never do business with this location again. Customer service should matter just as much as the food, and this store fails badly in that area.

Terrible service

Horrible wait times.

I've been here a few times before. I thought maybe it was just the time i came in but no. The service is crazy bad. You walk in and look at you like you shouldn't be in there. Have to wait to order and wait more to get a hot and ready. I thought they are ready. They weren't even busy.

I give it one star because I can't give it less than 0. The truth is, I called to order my pieces and they only put a little more cheese on them. So they sold me 3 regular pizzas for the price of one Extra cheese and extra pepperoni, what a rip-off. Not only did I pay more, but they didn't give me what I wanted.

I waited almost an hour for 2 pizzas. I watched people walk in, order, and leave with pizza while I was still waiting for pizza I ordered before them.

Service needs improvement, and wait time is horrible. Placed a online order and still had to wait a whole hr and a half and the employee kept telling us it will be out shortly

The worse ever service and specially the manger I have seen in my life. After waiting 45 mins to my order, I went inside to ask why the tracking is not even move a bit in last 45 mins and as per the system my order should have been ready by then. The cashier had no clue where the order is, he asked manager and he doesn’t care or know. He was few feet from me but didn’t even care to come and talk to me. I asked cashier to give me manager name so I can call corporate to complaint and he didn’t even give his name. So pathetic. I am going to call corporate to see if they take any action or is it something their corporate culture.

I'd gice this place ZERO stars if possible. They Never and I mean Never keep their store stocked. Inhave stopped by this place 7 different days at 7 different times, and they have NEVER had crazy puffs of ANY flavor ready. They barely have hot and ready's ready. The service is slow and unresponsive. The last time I visited, I asked for crazy puffs ( 7/21/25), the dude behind the counter said nope then started chuckling like it made him happy to disappoint a customer. Sad sad sad

2 hrs waited never made mi pizza never again.

They must really like their pizza because they seem to have no desire to sell any. 2hrs after placing an order for just cheesy bread and it's still not ready. Just like everyone else said, go to another location or another pizza place. Huge management failure for not staffing enough people. If you do order online, select pay in store so you have the option to take your business elsewhere.

Only one employee he's the cashier and he prep the pizza he didn't wash hands at all... don't get pizzas here.

Ordered on line it said an hr wait. Go to the location and wait another 15 mins just for the guy to tell me my crazy bread, cheese puff and Italian cheese bread would be another 5-7 mins. The Italian cheese bread wasn’t even hot! Like how’s that possible when I walked in according to them it wasn’t ready but got cold food. This place is always understaffed 3 ppl working and the 3rd guy walked in at 8:30pm. I’m not giving them anymore of my money. Corporate needs to step in asap
