Little Caesars Pizza

Couldn't even eat the pizza. Couldn't pick it up. It was like goo. Had to use a fork to eat a pizza. Damn shame. Never going back to that place.

This little Caesars is horrible. My son has been waiting for two pizzas for a hour and 30mins still another 5 mins. This is ridiculous how in the heck two cheese pizzas takes that long when they supposed to be hot and ready. This is sad

The service is very bad, I have been waiting for more than 1 hour and a half, the staff does not serve well, they are very slow, they do not give you a waiting time

Absolutely terrible service. Waited at the register for 10 minutes BEFORE i had to shout in the back to get assistance. Management needs to step it up at this location.

Worst service!!! They have 35-40 minute wait, they’ll keep telling you that there computer just restarted for the pizzas and that there’s going to be a little delay.

WORST Little Caesars I've ever been too. Told 15 minutes when ordering. 45 minutes later I received cold pizza. I also never received two of the items I paid for. They never put any of our food in the warmer. It sat on the counter and kept being opened up to see what was inside. Called the store the next day and they refused to even refund the items I didn't receive. Called corporate and they said that since the order was placed in the store, it had to be handled at the store level. I will NEVER be back here again. If I can identify the franchise owner, I'll avoid their other properties too.

I don't think I'll be going to this location anymore. First, the young man at the register looked as if he was on some type of medication or he was on Xanax. He did not speak unless you spoke to him. He just looked at you as if he was zoned out. I know youngsters now and days sag. This guy was really sagging! If he has a medical issue he shouldn't have been in the front. Second, maybe because they're so understaffed there that's all they could do was put him in the front as a cashier. Third, my dang pizza was burnt on top.

Severely understaffed, no one is keeping track of customers, no one seems to be able to handle anything out of the ordinary, and zero managing going on. I don’t blame the workers they seem completely helpless and untrained.

The last several times I've ordered here, the pizza was way overcooked to the point that the cheese was hard to chew, and the crust was too hard to eat. Can't say I'd order from this location again any time soon

Girl at counter was nice.

But don’t order online. I ordered 2 pizzas 20 min ago. Come in and they say they just started making it. Shouldn’t take 40 min for little Caesar’s. I worked at Pizza Hut for years. They have no hot and ready. There’s at least 4-5 employees standing around yelling profanity at each other, playing on their phone, and talking about how they don’t want to wash dishes. Only 1 other customer waiting. I believe you should wash your hands after touching your phone…

A man just came and tried to buy a 2-liter and was told they can’t sell it to him because their inventory is wrong.

Three of my last four deliveries were wrong. Tonight it took two hours to deliver us the wrong pizza. At this moment I’m 45 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone about it. I eventually drove up to the store, since it seemed they were never going to answer the phone. There are people up here but only one of them appears to be doing anything productive. Two were just hanging out at the front counter when I walked in. This type of nonsense is why I haven’t ordered from the Pizza Hut in Atascocita for the last 5 years. The service was consistently horrible. That seems to be where Little Caesar’s has decided to go also. Consistently horrible. If you can’t do better than this, just shut down.
