McD's current formula eliminates necessary touch points between staff and customers so needs cannot be communicated. Like there is no way short of waiting through the whole line to the pick up window to get a straw because they provided two straws with three drinks. No way to order ketchup packets and the condiment counter has been eliminated. At this particular store, every table is filthy and apparently never wiped. The main large bay windows face due west and there are no shades whatsoever so the setting sun blinds everyone in the dining room. McDonald's is awful.

So many low reviews but been coming for breakfast since i moved to the area and so far i have not had any issues, I come to their drive thru and the staff is very friendly and they greet me not like other locations i been in the past, they are also fast unless you have that one complicated customer in front of you which they can’t avoid, other than that this location is pretty good and clean too.

They need to hire a better crew who's knowledgeable about their job, especially when it deals with a customer service job. Going through drive-through around 2:30 a.m. is ridiculous! Teach them not to be sabotaging their costumers time or food.

This place is horrible.They never make your order right and they are very rude when you go through the drive through. They park you upfront and when you get your items half the stuff is wrong or somebody else’s food. You can’t refuse to pull forward or they look at you crazy and when I asked for refund because I didn’t want to pull up they started laughing. The Manager came and refunded me the wrong amount and when I brought it to her attention again she was rude saying oh the $2. I don’t how much it was. And they took longer to refund me instead of just saying no worries you don’t have to pull up we’ll get your foo out for you. I came to another location on will Clayton and had no issues ordered the exact same thing and my food was less expensive. Don’t waste your time coming here.

So tired of paying full price just to get the wrong order. How hard is it to do an only cheese quarter pounder? They’ve lost my order too many times to count. The person in the window asked me what I ordered, I told her. Never saw her again. Had someone hand me the correct drink, but with an attitude. Then they handed me the wrong order altogether.
