Panera Bread

Most Horrible grilled cheese ever. I never have a grilled cheese, but wanted one today. I forgot to get a picture, but it was nothing more than white bread, with a half hint of a ''grilled'' mark, and a slice of just velveeta in the middle, and semi melted. I think a 4 yr old could have made a better grilled cheese. Not even buttered bread. Really? It looked like something a prisoner would receive. Panera use to be THE place to get good sandwiches in our area. What the heck happened? Not ordering again.

There is always a child running around in the kitchen area. This is very unsanitary.

We had lunch, the sandwiches, and the bowls of soup. My son ordered the grilled cheese but got a kickin' grilled cheese. That was the only hiccup with our order. I had the toasted Italian sandwich, ordered a whole one, and had to take half of it home. I'm so glad to see that potato soup is back on the menu. I don't know why they ever stopped selling it. We'll be back soon.

Got my order wrong, even though I ordered on the kiosk. Also staff was very confusing and upsetting to be around

My husband and I came in at around @10am on 9/21. We were not greeted but instead were just stared by the 2 young ladies behind the cash register. They were not friendly or welcoming at all. Looked miserable to there. They were rude, and could hardly hear her speak. I recommend more training on welcoming customers and being more friendly. These 2 young ladies did not make it a good experience.

I used to eat lunch here about once a month for several years. The last two times have been horrible. Extremely slow taking orders at the counter. Waited 25 minutes for a half sandwich and cup of soup. Wind up getting the wrong sandwich. Now waited another 20 minutes for the correct sandwich. Still not here. I’m done with this place.

Some of the people are not very friendly. I ordered a bagel sliced to go didn't ask for it to be toasted. They toasted anyway or should I say burned it. Then she got an attitude because I told her I didn't want it toasted and wanted a new one because it was burned. Once I got the new bagel it was good.
