If I want coffee it must be decaf for health reasons. This location stops making decaf coffee after 2pm, sometimes depending on who is working they may make another pot depending on how late it is. Panara Bread does not offer any other decaffeinated drinks that are sugar free. This is very poor service. The cafe bathrooms are terrible. The cafe needs a remodel. Food is good.
The young lady working the floor was amazing. She really cared that we enjoyed our time there. Eleah... I think... I don't know the spelling... she was incredible. Food was great... atmosphere... well we were with many others working remotely, so I am to blame as much as frustrated.
We had lunch, the sandwiches, and the bowls of soup. My son ordered the grilled cheese but got a kickin' grilled cheese. That was the only hiccup with our order. I had the toasted Italian sandwich, ordered a whole one, and had to take half of it home. I'm so glad to see that potato soup is back on the menu. I don't know why they ever stopped selling it. We'll be back soon.
