If you enjoy being on hold for 30 minutes, not receiving your order, and a lackadaisical work ethic you'll love this location.

I got this pizza on April 5, 2025 when the delivery man came to our to our door he had a rude attitude. Apparently you can’t. They can’t cut a pizza or pizza was small and when I took a slice of my pizza and ate it, I was feeling bad this Papa John’s needs to do better stuff. This is why I’m writing this review one star

Worst papa John’s of all time. We’ve ordered twice now and never gotten the correct order. When you call they say someone will call you back so you can complain. That never happens either. Worst customer service this place is a joke of an establishment. Eat here if you love wasting your money and never getting the correct pizza.

Another round of applause for great food!

Ordered a 1 topping sausage carryout pizza this week....pretty much the cheapest order on the menu. There was 1 piece of sausage perfectly placed for each bite of the pizza. Pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted good. Appreciate the effort!

Made a delivery order after 20 min they told me they ran out of sauce and it’s another 25 minutes to make. How do you run out of sauce like it’s not the main ingredient of what you make😐

Local papa johns is temporarily closed so next closest one is this 1960 location. Did not get greeted while entering, never made eye contact with me while asking my order name and I didn't know if they were talking to me or not. Also forgot one of my toppings on one of the pizzas. Someone needs to pay attention to their customer service and quality control in this location.

The pizza I ordered, it got very cold. Instead of cheese dipping sauce, they gave me tomato sauce for dipping instead. It was dissatisfying. It was my first time having this type of issue.

The lady with green/blonde hair is insanely rude and argumentative. She got my order wrong and then told me that If I wanted the correct pizza, I was going to have to pay more. Even though she already told me I was going to get the pizza I paid for before it arrived. Obviously im not going to pay for two pizzas and take one home, so I just took the incorrect order. She was not willing to correct her mistake

Never had any problems with this branch. We love the pizza, we always get our pizza here either by delivery or carry out. This time we ordered again for delivery, and this time the delivery driver took it to another house by mistake. When I called to follow up and said just to cancel it, manager goes cocky, raising his voice saying mistakes happen and it has been a day with all of his staff! I get it, I understand! But, I have a family waiting to be fed, a toddler who's waiting for the pizza since 7pm! It's so frustrating!! Tell your drivers to look properly in the houses where they supposed to deliver the food! 😡😡😡

Marshal fixed my order even though I ordered the wrong way ! He was amazing !
