This has to be the WORST Pizza Hut in operation. They were bombarded with the $2 Tuesday special and did not have the staff to accommodate the orders. They were giving out the wrong pizzas 🍕 hoping customers wouldn’t notice. I literally sat in the parking lot waiting for over 30 minutes for 4 personal pan pizzas only to get 4 cold personal pan pizzas that had clearly been baked long before my order was placed. The fact that the GM - Sam was not present to oversee the operation and left her Asst. Mgr TJ to deal with the high volume of orders, who clearly was not prepared and the staff didn’t make issues being raised any better. TJ had no sense of urgency and a huge lack of concern when it comes to customer service… but that’s understandable seeings her GM lacks Customer service so that would explain the quality of employees in this store. When I asked for a refund I was immediately told they don’t do refunds - and pointed to the 800 number taped to the wall. I asked to speak to a manager only to be greeted with “WE DON’T DO REFUNDS” and my response was excuse me… she RUDELY REPEATED HERSELF AND AGAIN SAID “WE DON’T DO REFUNDS!!!” And I told her not only did I wait in excess of almost an hour only to get the wrong ice cold order. Sam then told me to exit her store! Which I must add displays beyond the absolute worst level of Customer Service. Sam clearly isn’t concerned with the number of complaints “HER STORE” has received but it’s clear that she’s 80% of the problem. I have filed a complaint with Pizza Hut and will stand on this matter until a resolution is reached. It’s really said that this stores leadership has clearly failed the staff at this location.

The general manager is very rude. Very disrespectful. I went in there on yesterday after my son came out very upset, stating that the lady had a bad attitude. She was cursing, didn’t want to say that she was a manager. My child was asking for a manager she kept telling my child why? Why do you wanna manager why why why do you want to manager so eventually one of my kids left out and came and told me the lady at the register has a very bad attitude I’m not going back in there so I went in and I asked her I said hey what’s the problem? She started cursing, disrespecting my kids and then that’s when I let loose and I let her had it. She’s supposed to be the general manager. I watched her curse and disrespect her employees in the back the way she spoke to one of her employees I was like oh my God I don’t know if he’s a student but if he is a student, his parents need to come up there Because she has no respect for any of her employees

Unfortunately, I can't even leave a review with 0 stars. I ordered a pizza at 8 last evening, and received messages that I should receive it by shortly after 8:30. Then a message that it was out for delivery. Then a message from the delivery driver that it would arrive by 9:10. At 9:40 I called the driver to see where my pizza was. She said she was still waiting for it to be made. At 10 we canceled the order through the delivery service. Neither they or we were able to get any answer on the phone from the Pizza Hut.

I went to Pizza Hut about 2 weeks ago and had the best experience with my order… I have not been so please lately going there. Gabby the GM/Manager there made my pizza and it was the best pizza that I have had coming from there in the 5 years I been living here.
I will only eat there if she’s there and making my pizza. The young people these days want a check but not work for it. She’s great at what she does… now I quote after her she says she want her customers happy and want their pizza to look like the pizza you see on Tv.
My pizza was phenomenal I will be going back.

The pizza was old, cold, and didn’t taste right. If I would have checked the food first, I wouldn’t have accepted it, it looked bad. Won’t be coming back, should have read reviews first.

Order delivery around 10pm. Waited over an hour and 30 mins because I understand it can get busy, and I was being patient. Tried to call to check on my order, and the store is now closed. So I paid for food that never came. Not. Happy.***so editing my review...walked outside, and it's on the ground. Cold. I feel sorry for the opening manager today because I will be showing up in person with cold pizzas from last night, and if a refund is not given, it's going to get ugly quick.

OMG… It took absolutely forever for our pizza to get here, I even had to call the restaurant. They just said it was out for delivery. We got our stuff ordered cheese bread and it is not even cut at all. Everything else is pretty OK.

I would give no stars if possible. delivery order was supposed to arrive at 6pm and my order wasn't delivered until 6:30. To top it off my wing were missing and pizza was cold. Called to let them know that wings were missing. Was told I could pick them up. Picked them up and got home and only had 12 out of 18 wing that I ordered. The manager was rude also. Never playing from this location again.
