Sonic Drive-In

I went through the drive-through and ordered one Meal and a drink the lady at the window could not count or she was trying to steal from me. She was a heavier set white lady with brown hair and I think she had glasses but she told My total was 18.64
So I gave her A $20 bill and .64 cents So I could get two dollars back. She took my money, hurried up and shut the window and then before she gave me my food, she gave me like $.50 back. I told her that I gave her a 20 and the exact change so I should have two dollars back. She did not argue with me. She said that she was sorry, but when she gave me the change, she left the window open and she turned around to her purse and took two dollars out of her purse instead of the register so I am assuming she was stealing my change and thinking that I wouldn’t notice so watch how much change you get back from this sonic

This sonic is pretty OK. The food is good, they're not super busy when I've gone, they've rarely messed up an order; the only drawback I have is they're just slow to bring out your order

Exceptional Service!!!
The Manager, Chance & Server, Nicole both had the best customer service ever! I pulled up & I was all over the place with my order. They were so understanding & made my order exactly like I asked. Thanks a bunch for being AWESOME!
(Ordered: #3 burger, tater tots, pickled dr pepper, grape slush with nerds, pretzels with chocolate syrup & cheddar peppers with ranch!

Went to sonic today the lady was incredibly rude and has the most annoying voice she got my order wrong twice and was mean about it and it took about 15 minutes for one meal and they served about 3 people in front of me when I went to her and told her she got an attitude with me and started ignoring me and said I was incredibly rude to her when I wasn’t and she explained to me they have a new manager so they are messing up multiple orders because it’s part of a managers learning experience and so I asked to cancel my order and she slammed the window shut and got even meaner and came back and told me I should get my refund in about a week if I don’t get my refund I’m going back to argue

Horrible place the staff is horrible and mean and messed up our order twice and then started yelling at us and getting an attitude and told us to leave after making us wait about 15 minutes and she openly admitted to messing up multiple peoples orders

Prices are too high on most items.
Thank goodness for in-app deals.

The window attendant and person over the intercom where very polite put allot of nerds in my drink I like coming here at night because I get good service from sonic 24/7 especially at midnight when I need a slushee

It’s 1am on a Friday. This sonic has just opened up 24hrs. I go to visit and get a #3 w mustard, and a country fried steak sandwich w tots and a cherry limeade. I do not feel the need to check the bag bc i was clear they were clear in hearing me and trust has to start somewhere. The burger was lukewarm and missing mustard (the person who ordered was hungry so no pic of that unfrotunately), the steak sandwich was drier than the knee of a person who doesn’t believe in lotion but is trying to start, and the tots were clearly scraped from the bottom of the tray. The tots were smooshed w lots of crispy crumbs, thats how i know. So go on ahead and give em their regular hours back when the food was better and you werent tryna capitalize n still not pay a livable wage thank yoooooouuu cos i did not deserve to pay for that 🥰

This Sonic is not just good—it’s pull-into-a-stall-and-happy-cry good. The carhops must have a pact with the snack gods, because every time I order, the tots are golden perfection, the slushes taste like summer vacation, and the burgers? Let’s just say I’d write them into my will if I could.

If this Sonic ever disappears, I’ll chain myself to the drive-thru menu in protest. 10/10 would Sonic again.

Charged us for extra hot fudge but didn't give us extra hot fudge in fact barely gave us any at all.

i’ve been to this sonic a couple of times and everytime i come here one of the managers i think her name is gabby is always rude to the customers. i asked one of the employees for her name but i will be filing a complaint to corporate about her and her attitude problem. she was even rude to me too a couple of times actually.
