(Edit at bottom of post)I hate to one star but I don’t know what happen in the building but when they brought my drink out, it smelled horrible, something was on the side of the cup.Edit: I spoke with the manager and we were able to fix the problem and find the reason for the problem, my drink was replaced and I was able to enjoy my day, thankyou sonic!

Worst sonic on the planet! I tried to order food and a milkshalk at 1150p. They don't closed until midnight. They rudely said they are only serving drinks. If you want to close early do that, but don't punish the customers because you don't want to clean afterwards. I didn't make you get that job.

Our carhop was rude and acted like he was irritated when my husband who was standing outside the car told him to please go to the passenger side. Dude it's your job and if you don't like your job go somewhere where you don't have to deal with people. Customer service is your priority. I know this because I was a manager for Sonic for over 13 years.

I order food here twice a week and every second order is on incorrect at best. I’ve wasted over 100$ in a few months on the wrong order of missing items.Sonic Support has done nothing to assist or rectify this as I’ve contacted them nearly a dozen times over wrong orders
Pulled up and parked to order. We pushed the button and nobody ever took our order. We decided to just go through the drive thru...same experience. We ultimately drove up to the window to force someone to take our order and they seemed bothered as if we interrupted them or something. Finally the food came and we checked the bag and had missing items so we had to get that fixed. Drove off and stopped to eat our food and no eating utensils or napkins. Wife and kids took bites of the cheese sticks and it was hollowed out and literally only had cheese on one end. Overall it was a very regretful experience. Regretful that we chose to waste our time and money at this disaster of a place. Atascocita Sonic is horrible!
