Best fried shrimp on this side of the country!!! The fish is good, the pork rinds are excellent. The best part is the customer service! I can tell they love what they get to do and it’s a family business!!! Love it

I visited this spot for the first time because my normal spot had run out of food for the Good Friday holiday. The french fries were good, as for the fish it was lacking. I was very disappointed. The fish has a rubbery texture, chewy and gross. That definitely was not catfish. Catfish is soft and breaks apart very easily. See photos of actually catfish and what likely is Tilapia being passed off as catfish that this food truck is serving.The two pieces are real catfish from a legit spot.. the 4 pieces is supposed to be catfish strips that I got from the food truck ..That is not catish. Doesn’t taste, feel, or look like catfish strips. And no it shouldn’t matter if they are cut into strips.

Always excellent fish and shrimp. The " You call it" is a great choice for two, and the price is very reasonable.Parking: It is just a park and get out to order. The entryway and gravel drive are full of large pot holes that are impossible to miss them all. You must go slowly and carefully to enter the parking area.

I moved to this neighborhood in 2015 and one of my coworkers told me to try the truck on the way to work. I've never looked back. The fish and shrimp are always fresh and consistent. ? I love the U-Call-It combo...perfect amount to feed my husband and myself. The shrimp poboy is phenomenal. The owner is amazing and hard working and remembers my name. Customer service is so important to me in this day & age where everything is so automated but every business expects a tip for me bagging my own groceries. LOL. I am intrigued by the new food truck park down the street but I'm a faithful & loyal customer that will continue to patronize this fine establishment as long as they remain a neighborhood institution. Went here on a sunny day expecting to get some fried fish. Instead I got slivers of fried batter with barely any fish in them. Shrimp was well overcooked. I asked to buy a water and they told me to go somewhere else for water because they needed it for themselves. They have no customer service and the food is very mid I’m just keeping it real.

While I wasn't a fan of the Boudain balls..and my cowboy bites were a bit burnt....I LOVED the catfish!!? ?? ❣️ the guy was right. He said I'd be back...and yep....I'm bout to go over there soon as I can confirm they are open! It could be seasoned a bit more...I'm so glad it's real fish...I'll just shake some Tony's and a lil hot sauce on it. LolGood fish!
