Tried to get a on thing for my kids and I asked Linn and Sarah asked for a pup cup said they don’t do this because they are not a Starbucks they are target . Asked okay I’ll buy a cup full of whip cream said no you can do that either proceeded to go okay the whip cream in my drink put it on the side in a little cup I’ll pay for the cup they said nope we can’t do that. What a joke in customer service from this target.

Bought a venti black cold brew with two stevias and one shot of sugar free vanilla I asked the guy with curly hair for my half and half on the side since they have none in the lobby and he said no he said per manager they won’t give customers buying coffee ☕️ creamer I said I don’t want it in my coffee I want it on the side . I hope the manger and this store gets it together as I shop and buy this coffee all the time . This is sad
Stopped here 8 mins before they closed and they refused to serve us.

Worst Starbucks I've been to, staff is so rude , this review it's not just one time thing, every time I go shopping to target I stop and get my coffee in this location, for some reason if you asked for a cup of ice they don't give it to you, they only do cup of water with ice and the only do the small size, even if you tell them to charge you for it they refuse to sell it to you. The problem is instead of being nice to you and tell you what they can do for you they're rude and disrespectful and they get mad , Starbucks really needs to do something about This.
