Whataburger

Was not expecting good customer service since it’s few and far between at most whataburgers. However the young lady at the register named Ariana was very pleasant and accommodating. Great experience.

Julissa , a young Hispanic girl is the most patient & kind hearted soul . There was a situation that I was watching one day in here picking up an order & she was so nice to this customer whom was having a hard time understanding. We need more ppl like her !

Slow at getting our food through the drive through, they forgot to give us cheese and our requested condiments

Worst service from a whataburger location. Order was given to us over 20 minutes late. Fries were cold and soggy, got 2 of 3 drink orders wrong. No condiments that were requested were added in our bag. Won't be returning to this location.

Older lady in drive thru is so sweet, personable and kind. Great customer service. Ordered junior size of new wrangler burger and tried medium prickly pear raspberry lemonade. It was way too sweet, so I cut it with water to make two more drinks. Burger was good.

Fries disgusting, old, soggy, tasted like they were days old. Burger not good. This place is hit or miss. Last week ordered and it was fine. This is literally your one job, do better. Good luck, I am done with this location.

Prefer Whataburger over any of the others

This is the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I have lived nearby since they opened, and they never get better. The remodel is nice, but they need to remodel and train the owner/management. I ordered via mobile for counter pickup. I arrived and checked in. I waited nearly 40 minutes after arriving and watched others inside wait. This included walk-in customers and mobile order customers. When I stepped up and asked about my order, a manager-like person immediately gave me my drinks and shortly thereafter gave me a bag with my order. I wondered if it had been sitting somewhere, and he said no, it was fresh. LOL, got home within 5 minutes and it was all room temperature.

There is no organization inside or out! Yes, @Whataburger, call me for more!

Kaylee is so such a joy and so professional. I will continue to come back as long as she’s at the drive thru or register.
