Prefer Whataburger over any of the others
This is the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I have lived nearby since they opened, and they never get better. The remodel is nice, but they need to remodel and train the owner/management. I ordered via mobile for counter pickup. I arrived and checked in. I waited nearly 40 minutes after arriving and watched others inside wait. This included walk-in customers and mobile order customers. When I stepped up and asked about my order, a manager-like person immediately gave me my drinks and shortly thereafter gave me a bag with my order. I wondered if it had been sitting somewhere, and he said no, it was fresh. LOL, got home within 5 minutes and it was all room temperature.
There is no organization inside or out! Yes, @Whataburger, call me for more!

This Whataburger in Atascocita is ridiculously slow. Every time I come here, I end up waiting nearly 30 minutes for my order—whether it’s busy or not. It’s frustrating how unorganized they seem. I’ve given them multiple chances, but the wait time never improves. Definitely needs better management or faster service.”
I’m hooked! I was not expecting this experience at WB. This is actually my first time inside a WB and it was very clean. My grilled chicken sandwich and Cobb salad were very delicious. Nice and warm. My chicken in the salad also warm! I wanted to cry happy tears since I forgot to ask to make the chicken warm on salad. The staff was also friendly and with great service.
I placed my order through the app. Waited 30+ minutes before I got my food, burgers were mid, fries were hot.
Customers came in after me and left before I did.
