I'm from Jalisco and we usually say that any type of taco has cilantro and onion, here they sell them with lettuce and tomato, it's disappointing to see the name Jalisco in a taqueria and they don't know how to serve a Jalisco taco, the roast beef was delicious and more with freshly made corn tortilla, the barbacoa tacos honestly have no flavor at all, it just seems to be the meat cooked and stewed in oil without broth, they are small details that would make a big difference. The service was good, I think they can improve and raise the name of Jalisco.
