Stumbled upon this place as my regular spot was closed, and I’m glad it happened.

Most importantly, the young man taking care of me was incredibly polite and attentive.

I had the lunch beef fajitas and they were phenomenal! Some of the most tender fajita meat I’ve had and excellent prices.

What a wonderful place to eat with family and friends. Our group enjoyed the sampler platter, chimichanga, tamales, shrimp fajita and tortilla soup.
It was delicious.

Most popular Mexican restaurants in the DFW area taste the same with mild variance, but this place exceeded expectations. Nearly everything had it's own flavor apart from the competition, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. We had the chicken enchiladas, empanadas, and stuffed jalapenos.

I would highly recommend coming here and sharing your experience.

Really good spot! Margaritas were awesome, queso hit the spot, and the chimichangas + sour cream chicken enchiladas were delicious. Service was great, overall totally worth it—I’ll be back.

This is definitely the spot. The peach margaritas were perfect. Loved all the food. Charro beans were phenomenal. We were beyond impressed. The best part was the churro cake...it was sooooo frickin good. I'd never experienced anything like it haha it brought on an emotional response. So good. Highly recommend. I'm honestly sad we hadn't tried it sooner. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

This place is amazing, food is the best in the whole town. Chimichanga, flautas, and the burrito are the best. I always say you can tell if a Mexican place will be good by its salsa. Theirs is the best. Get the sampler to start. Cant go wrong with the chilaquiles with green salsa(add a fried egg to it.)
They got happy hour specials too!!!!

Pastor tacos were amazing. Only problem I had it was very very hot inside and was sweating while I ate.

This is a honest review, unfortunately not so much a great one for this establishment.
Chips were pretty good, salsa was not very.. anything, not spice not hot not full of flavor.. very average. I’ve had worse.
I sat for around 4 minutes with a empty drink on edge of table, salsa was about
Empty too. I had left the house at 8 and it was 2:30 before I got to stop and eat and I was starving.. so the fact that I didn’t enjoy this meal says a lot.
I ordered 3 tacos $9.99 on sign out front, taco Tuesday. 2 chicken 1 beef double rice. Took a good bit figuring I was only person in there, but I did get my food and a refill finally. I had asked the waitress (as always) if the onion was fresh or grilled? She said fresh.. it was grilled.. language barrier I think this time. I can speak a bit of Spanish but I usually just stick to English.
The food… rice bland and slightly under cooked.. looked nice tasted like crap to be blunt. Chicken zero flavor, beef pretty good, tortillas soaked in grease.. it overwhelmed any other flavors.. just grease.. it just wasn’t good unfortunately.
I hate not being helpful to a small business but I’m not going to lie about my experience because I LOVE good Mexican food.. and want to save others from disappointment.
Oohhh and they charged me for a $13.99 meal not the 9.99 taco deal.. again language problem maybe?? 🤷🏻 I didn’t even bother to say anything as the only other people in there that had left were disputing their bill.. I had to go anyway. Hope this helps, I was asked if food was good several times and told them it was “ok”.
I enjoy reviewing Mexican restaurants so maybe they will understand a flat “ok” is not a good response.

I love supporting small local family businesses. Things won’t be perfect but you get to experience the American dream. This is true grit & determination to build something from nothing. I love it. The nachos were great! Look at these margaritas?!?!
