Cracked & Crepe

Cracked & Crepe truly made our day. Our waitress— Raquel— was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Her kindness and attention made the experience unforgettable. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious — every bite was perfect. It’s rare to find a place with both outstanding service and incredible food. We can’t wait to come back.

We waited 50 minutes for our meals and then they were cold! The waitress was not attentive and did not put our order in until after the tables that came in behind us were served their food. The restaurant was empty, and I’m guessing some of the reasons are as above. The waitress said we would get a discount. And the discount on our bill was $5.29. lol. Won’t be back!

Can’t tell you about the food because I didn’t get to eat it fresh. After ordering DoorDash, they forgot my son’s meal completely, and instead of offering to have it delivered, requested that I come to store to pick it up. Fine- whatever, my child has to eat. I get to store and not 1 but 2 team members completely ignore me. I am stuck listening to complaints any shifts and tips. Of this is the service, that’s why the tips suck. I ask for the manager. He comes out, I tell him what happened, he asks them if they ignored me. They just stare at eachother. No apologies for the trash service. He goes and gets “the box they forgot and couldn’t figure out where it went.” Didn’t even offer to make it fresh.

First and last. We’ll stick to Birdies!

Overpriced and lackluster. Plays strange royalty free music in the background which is eerie. Would not be surprised if most their food was frozen and reheated.

Probably my fav breakfast place. I went to another one in frisco and it was nowhere near as good as this one. I’d happily drive another 30 mins to go to this one. Great job!

Brandon was amazing at handling our order from our 9-year old daughter with utmost respect and patience.
All of the food was stupendous, and the chef was kind enough to share the recipe for their black beans which was definitely on another level!
10/10 coming here as a regular again!

Our waiter Brandon was great, very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing specially the Nutella crepes. The atmosphere was very inviting as well. This was our first time here and were definitely coming back.
