We order a dozen bagels every month. I really like cranberry but something was changed, they are like bread, not a bagel. Very disappointed

Will not be coming back. I shouldve read the reviews, it was a 2.1. We ordered and after we paid they said they were out of stock on bagels. We had ordered vanilla coffe with the order and they still gave it to us but it tastes horrible! We tried to get a refund but they said we have to call corporate. Save yourself the time and money this einstein bros sucks!

Needless to say my experience today was not the greatest. I placed an order at 10:31. About 10:52 I walked up to the counter to question my order status. I was advised they were running about a 20min wait time. Given that it was already 20min in. I continued to wait at 10:55 a lady walks over to tell me they ran out of one of the bagels I wanted. Did I want to replace it with another. I opt out and asked for a refund on one of my sandwiches. She asked me if I would like a free sandwich on my next visit. I agreed. The manger came over to do a refund and I asked how do I go about getting my free sandwich on my next visit. She explained it’s either one or the other “we either refund you or you get a free sandwich” ? umm excuse me but isn’t that me paying for a future sandwich. Nevertheless she made the refund and no free sandwich. I proceeded to wait for my other half of the order when yet again 10 min later I had to ask about it. They began to make it when I asked about it. This is unacceptable to be there for an hour and walk out with one sandwich and one hash brown. Not only does the manager need common sense skills when it comes to complimentary vs paying for an item. But they need order training to anticipate rushes. Per the manager “we have not been this busy” ? I don’t operate a restaurant but I know that being busy is a good thing and something that should be planned for. (See my receipts below)

Drive threw will take 20 to 30 minutes. No sense of urgency. One of the worst locations in the area. Avoid at all cost

I love Einstein bagels but this place consistently messes up orders.

The staff is friendly, but this place has been open long enough for the drive through not to take an eternity. Every time I come here I wait at least 10 min in the drive thru line, even if I'm the only car there. Not sure what's going on on the inside, but they could do better.

Took my order fairly quickly. Somehow she heard the wrong sandwich; very glad we double checked before paying.
Also ordered a regular bagel and they did not toast it even though I requested and I think they forgot it was butter because I had enough leftover to put on a whole second bagel. This photo was after I put some on the sandwich just to not be wasteful.
Don’t think I will be returning to this location.

Edit: went again for a breakfast dine in and customer service was excellent. So they gained the missing star in my review :)
Fresh and good quality!

12:45 p.m on a Sunday. I walk in and was not greeted for several minutes. Once greeted I’m asked what I would like to order. Kind of a ridiculous question considering they were out of EVERYTHING! I wanted a pizza bagel, They were out of original bagels…… I wanted an everything bagel with cream cheese, They were out of everything bagels….. I wanted a cinnamon roll, nice try, out of those as well….. I asked if they close early today, carcastic response “No, we close at 2, you’re more than welcome to try again tomorrow” atleast they had raisin bagels, shocker that’s all that was left, the worst thing they offer….This is a busy location! Blows my mind that yall are out of original bagels. If you’re out of Everything, close the doors. Or maybe start the order with “welcome to Einstein, we’re out of everything, literally” don’t ask me what I want if you have 2 items left. So I drove 5 miles further to the next Einstein on 423 and Witt rd. Amazing service! Fresh bagels, and inventory. They were also busy. But the staff was great! I highly recommend anyone go take the extra 15 mins and drive up the street and save yourself the hassle and disrespect. Considering yall have a 2 star rating, clearly this is a continuous problem. DO BETTER! DO BETTER! DOOO BETTERRRRR!

We ordered through doordash. Normally, I love this place when I drive up. Then yesterday, we decided to dash it, and our order was canceled after a long wait. So we tried again today, and they just sent the wrong stuff. If you don't want to doordash, don't offer it.

I’ve been to this location over a handful of times prior to writing this review and I must say, this is by far, the worst Einstein Bro’s location I have ever been to. First, they have messed up my order probably 60% of the times I’ve come here. Two of which I had to drive all the way back up there just for them to get my order right. Of which, they were almost hesitant to even make me a new order. I now have to physically check my order in the drive-thru before driving away (today they messed it up…. Again!). You will easily wait 20 minutes for drive-thru order before driving away. Orders are almost never repeated back. The kid today told me my total was $75.57 for one farmhouse sandwich LOL. Can’t even do math. This isn’t an Einstein bro’s problem, it’s the uneducated, unmotivated people they’re hiring in the area problem. Every restaurant in this area sucks!

I just left this location where I ordered a Cinnamon and Raisin bagel. And they had the audacity to try and charge $.89 for butter. I could possibile see that if I requested cream chesse. On a previous visit I was told there is a $.35 charge for butter. Of course I declined the butter. Clearly Eistein Bros has issues when it comes to consistency in providing information on pricing. Going forward I will stick with bagels from Pandera Bread where the butter is complimentary.
We sat and waited for our food for 35 minutes, absolutely horrible service. Rude staff, and poor management.

They are always closed earlier than what’s online, my bagel was wrong and I had to come all the way back to get it changes. Everytime I visit, they’re never open and they close too early. Pointless to visit in the afternoon.
