The only thing I have tried is the catfish. Nothing but crust, no fish inside. For $20 would not recommend. First time at this location. Good customer service here. It was kinda weird, everyone working there was in their plain clothes (no uniforms) I will go back to try the chicken. It's the only Golden chick in the area.

Eventually they should be tired of bad reviews but perhaps not so here’s another one since they don’t answer the phone and the voicemail is full every time people call. COOK THE DAMN ROLLS!!! Every single time I come the rolls taste like brown and serve rolls out the package just biting into raw dough. I should not have to come home and cook the food again! Do better!

No matter what time of day or what day of the week this location is always disappointing. Good is never fresh, attitudes are always dry and there is NEVER chicken ready unless you get strips. Today I received a 6 piece cold wing combo with 6 cold stale fries and funnel crumbs bc it definitely wasn’t a funnel cake. It tasted like grease only. So disappointing.

I ordered three meals on the Uber eats app for my family from Golden Chick: a 6-piece Wicked Chicken Combo with sweet tea, a 9-piece Wicked Chicken Combo with Pepsi, and a 3-piece Roasted Chicken Combo with Pepsi. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The Pepsi tasted like straight carbonation — no flavor at all — and no one even tried to reach out or offer a replacement drink. The 3-piece Roasted Chicken meal also came with three very small pieces of chicken and only about two tablespoons of macaroni and cheese.
This is the third time we’ve ordered from this location, and each time there has been an issue with our food. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to this location again. The quality has been unacceptable.

Just picked up an order we placed online and we were only given half of our bread for our order, I get mistakes happen but when I tried to call 4 different times none of my calls were answered and voicemail was full? Otherwise the food that we did get was good like always

I Always order and get either fish that over Fried and dried so I stop ordering their fish, went by order 8 piece family meal and ask for honey mustard sauce mind you always order the same thing but today, I ask for the sauce and was told I cannot get the sauce it only for the chicken Strips how stupid is that at least if I order a meal for $41.11 and ask for a sauce it be nice to get but was told it only for Strips so the sad Part is not only it is stupid. but I will give my money to another Business, when I got home the chicken was burned and not as usual so change your customer service keep your customers happy so you don't Lose Regulär customers like myself. I only asked for one sauce for and 8 piece chicken order. I ask for the Manager name and he point at reciept which states the Server name Sam S. But the server went called some guy who he states is a manager and hand me three honey mustard I gave him back one as he handed me it I only ask for one sauce but how ridiculous the whole situation could of been instead of the sauce is only for strips.

Got family chicken meal to go, the chicken was burnt along with the fried okra, rolls and mashed potatoes were the only thing eatable. Tried calling them several times goes straight to voice mail and the mailbox is full.

The experience is horrible. You pay for a comb meal, and you don't get a drink. That's crazy i had to pay for the drink separately. I wouldn't recommend this location, not even to a dog 😒 the order was someone else .
