Not a real taqueria, just another bad ghost kitchen. The driest, blandest birria tacos and consome I ever had.In more detail, the tortillas are bone dry. Real birria tacos have juicy tortillas that will get your hand wet. The flavor should not be able to be overrun by just the corn in the tortilla… This happens because there is a very small amount of spice in the consome and meat.The meat is also dry, bland, and stringy. Real birria is made with many hour marinated beef, and should have the tenderness sort of like fall off the bone brisket. There is also no flavor here, so I really don’t know what their process is - but it’s definitely one that involves speed over quality.The consome is like water and a ramen packet or something - just really really bland. Again, should have some really nice spices and chilis.Places like this make me hate the idea of ghost kitchens - there should be some kind of false advertising law applied to places like this.Go to downtown Plano for some real authentic Mexican - K Avenue has several places with world changing birria. Especially for these prices

I ordered the cheese birria tacos based on the reviews thought they would be delicious but man are these reviews totally off. Plano residents need to get out more and maybe try La Salsa Verde in Dallas. Even the side of rice tasted like it was out of an uncle Ben’s microwave bag.. and speaking of salsa verde, the salsa was atrocious.

I go here at least twice a week. They have the best birria tacos that I have tasted so far. They serve the food very fast and it comes HOT even if you order from door dash or Uber eats. I'm 20 minutes away and my food still arrives warm enough for me to eat without reheating.

I was disappointed when I noticed that it was a ghost kitchen and not a taco truck and the prices were higher on the website that you have to order thru. During checkout, they sneak in a tip if you don’t pay attention, which I think it’s ridiculous because there is zero human interaction, you order your food and it gets placed in a locker. I ordered the Birria Tacos, rice, beans and churros. The Birria tacos and rice lacked flavor and the beans were watery. The consome looked like broth out of can, not your typical consome. The churros were hands down the worst I’ve ever had in my life. They were stale and super hard, they tasted like they were cooked days ago. $23 down the drain.

Flavorless, not crunchy, not a food truck. Not real Mexican food. Rice is from a box. I saw people bringing in food through the back. So I assume they are not cooked on-site. You get your food through a locker. You might as well go over to Legacy Hall for some made-to-order food. This was a waste of my money. Total scam.

I really likED the Birria tacos and I ordered them several times but… there was a long black hair in my last order and I don’t think I will ever eat another Birria taco I don’t make myself. Just something about bitting a taco and realizing the thing hanging from your teeth is not shredded beef. Also the churro bites are always extremely hard.

The birria tacos were great, unfortunately was missing the consome to dip them in. On the smaller size. Four taco plate - the pastor and chicken proteins were great. Didn't care for some of the crunchy hard pieces in the carnitas. Both dishes came with salsa and onions/cilantro; the four taco plate with rice n beans. Based on the Yelp pictures I thought I was picking up from a food truck. Turned out it was in an office park, no truck but apparently an industrial kitchen where many Legacy West restaurants fill their Uber DoorDash etc orders- you show up to a locker room with no people and you have to log in to get the code to unlock the locker and get your food. For whatever reason the system didn't recognize my order and so had to call the actual restaurant and then someone in the building unlocked it for me manually. My food wasn't warm. And given prices for the small portions along with weird pick up experience I don't know if there will be a return.
