I have read many of the reviews. Looks like Marcos needs to examine what they are trying to accomplish. 50% reccomend should be their first clue. Whomever does the hiring is not skilled enough to hire a competent crew. Does Marcos even care? We can only assume NO if changes are not implemented. Dominoes will get my monyey from now on. Money is tight for all in this country right now, you would think a large corporation would want to keep paying customers. We don’want to spend our money for crap food and to be talked to rudely by what seems lika 5th grade graduate. Who is in charge of hiring and interviews???? Unreal. Food was cold. Driver seemed impaired. Store staff rude and condescending. Do not recommend.
I just wanted to thank the team at Marco’s for going out of their way to make my little boy’s week. My 6 year old’s school had a pizza party last week, catered by Marco’s, and my son was unable to participate because he has Celiac disease and there were no gluten free options available for him. As I’m sure you can imagine, while this is a disappointment he deals with frequently, it’s always an enormous bummer - especially as a 6 year old! - to miss out on group events due to his diet restrictions. Yesterday, Marco’s came back to the school to bring my son his very own gluten free pizza for lunch. He came home grinning from ear to ear and was so happy that they remembered him and came back just for him. He even saved me a slice :) From the bottom of my heart, thank you for thinking of him and making him feel loved and included. It means more than you can imagine! ❤️
The Philly sub was amazing and your Old World pepperoni pizza was out of this world. Thank you for coming to Lecanto, Florida. We needed a spectacular pizza and sub here. The delivery was right on time.

Love the experience everytime I order from this place the vibes are always nice, I get exceptional customer service and the manager grace is always on point, makes my orders perfect and makes sure I’m satisfied before I leave the door … great place 👍

This was one of the most upsetting and disgusting experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I placed a large order from Marco’s in Pilot Point, and not only was everything wrong—wrong toppings, sloppily made, clearly thrown together with zero care—but the real nightmare started when I called to fix it. The manager promised me a credit to make it right. But when I followed up? Suddenly there was “no record” of anything. No apology. No accountability. even when I told him the person I spoke to what time was it the date and the cost I even showed him a receipt of a credit card statement Just and an arrogant, dismissive attitude like I was the problem for expecting basic decency. But it gets worse. The way I was spoken to when I went in there was beyond disrespectful—it was blatantly racist. The owner called me a “dirty Indian.” And said he’s tired of our people just Let that sink in. A business owner said that to a paying customer. I was shocked, humiliated, and honestly, heartbroken. No one deserves to be treated like that. Not over pizza. Not ever. This isn’t just bad service. It’s cruelty. It’s hate. It’s something I’ll never forget. Do NOT support this location. Spend your money where human decency still matters. Because clearly, it doesn’t here.

I like the food here but they must not hire anyone who can read. Every time we order we say contactless and don’t ring the doorbell. Guess what they do every single time!?? They obviously can’t handle simple instructions.

Most pizzas are great but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we get a Demuxe or anything with peppers, onions and/mushrooms they are barely baked. This is the 4th time. What is happening here? Yuck.

This is my go-to for fast service pizza orders. The pizzas I've ordered here always have plenty of toppings compared to their competition. They offer great deals on the app too. I think they have great/fast service when ordering on the app. My only wish is that Marco's corporate would improve the phone app. The sign-in process is soooo daunting. I feel like every time I use it, I have to sign-in twice and it doesn't allow you to save the login credentials. That's my two-cents. But don't let that stop you from getting those deals on the app, it's worth the extra time!

Messed up the order. I told the lady on the phone to send my food delivery at 7pm for party she ended up sending at 5:30ish when i told her and confirmed. I had to get pizza from dominos because my food was cold by the time party started. I ordered 3 pizzas when they cane it was 2 only. So these kids are definitely messing up order. Manager did not appologize. I was mad and ended up asking for refund because it was very unacceptable.
Cameron is the best delivery driver! Love when he brings my pizza. Friendly and the pizza is always delicious!!

On April 29th, I had purchased two large pizzas for carry out, and on my way to my vehicle, a gust of wind caught the top pizza and it fell to floor. I returned into the store with the smashed pizza and asked to pay for another large since I had dropped it. The staff was so kind and graciously offered to replace it, free of charge. Absolute excellent customer service (a special shout out to Mason), and truthfully one that was not merited for me since it was my fault. I'm truly appreciative of the kindness, and I wanted to make sure to speak on an extremely positive experience, especially when it's easier to only write reviews to complain. Kudos to this location!
