Once he had to give the next person in line their food- he finally looked at me and gave me my daughters drink after I asked him 3 times for it. No verbal response whatsoever.

This McDonald's has never screwed up a single special order we have ever made. We get special orders every time we visit. Now we have gotten twice fried French fries once during a late lunch but its not the norm. Mgr seems to take pride and care about service.

I usually dread this McDonald’s and refer to it as the worst one around. However, the past couple of times I’ve been here, I was pleasantly surprised. The worker Kasandra went above and beyond and is the only person there who seems to truly care about their job. If there were more workers like her then this McDonald’s wouldn’t have the bad reputation it has now. I hope this store see’s the hard work she puts in and does something about it.

I went here and ask for my food made to order and they took old nuggets and fries and put it back in the grease and you can taste it…, usually they make it fresh then I had my boo buckets thrown at me by an employee and rolled his eyes at me when I asked for something that they forgot!!! Never coming here again!!!!!

This place is obviously too soft on their employees, and the people they hire don't care about anything but a paycheck. GET THE ORDER RIGHT. THATS YOUR ONLY JOB. A DOUBLE quarter pounder with cheese means TWO patties. You stuffed this on a box, and the in a bag, and then you handed it to me through a window. This is not rocket science. It's not difficult. Do better.
Cassandra was so helpful and friendly. My food was hot and delicious. The ample parking lot was clean. Great location across from Braswell high school.

So disappointed. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Never again. Haven't been to a McD's in years. Order large fries, well done, hoping they would be fresh. STALE and OLD! The bread on my Quarter pounder was stale and breaking apart, the burger was dry and hard like a hockey puck! NEVER AGAIN WITH THEIR GARBAGE FOOD!

Usually go to this place after work every now and then, pretty good, I just wished if I ask for sauces , I get the amount that I ask. This is one of the only McDonald’s that makes you pay for the sauces, and im fine paying for it since I use the sauces on other food, but if I ask for 7 and I only get 5 I’m gonna be pissed.
Update: IM JUST NOT GETTING MY SAUCES AT THIS POINT. Only get it when it actually comes with the combo like nuggets but if I get them separately (WHICH AGAIN, YOU PAY FOR THE SAUCES) they just pocket the $1-$2 I ask for in sauces.

It's Micky D's, you know it. It is what it is. Food is just as overpriced as you remember. You know what you are going to get and they deliver exactly that no more and sometimes less.
