I like this Papa John’s location and order here often and haven’t had any issues. The delivery service is always fast and the pickup is always easy and the staff I have interacted with are generally friendly.

First time ordering from this location due to traffic to the one closest. I waited longer than the estimated time. There were only 2 employees and 1 was the delivery person as well. My pizza was made incorrectly but fresh.

I am obsessed with this location and not because it’s closest. Every time I go in the store the customer service is good. The store is clean. And the food is always very hot and fresh. Real shoutout to whoever helped me add peppercinis (however you spell it) to my order today!

Service was okay, but the 3 pizzas we ordered (plain cheese, pepperoni and another one spinach) gave us all bad stomach aches. We ordered pizza from many pizza places over the years and this particular location gave my whole family stomach aches. A first, there MUST be something that was overlooked here. Order with caution and at your risk!

Do not order from Papa John’s!!! Some genius decided to fire all the drivers and only use door dash for delivery. I just cancelled my order. When door dash picked it up it immediately added another 30 minutes to the delivery time. I could also see the driver headed in the opposite direction of my house. You want fresh pizza, I’d recommend anywhere else.

This location has now started to use door dash to deliver and the quality of service has declined significantly. When tracking our last delivery, we used the 'Papa Tracker' to see when our pizza was prepared, baked, and boxed. After the 'boxed' status, we received a notification that door dash would be taking over and were directed to the door dash tracking system. The door dash driver didn't arrive at Papa Johns until *15 minutes* after that point. Then the driver went to the wrong house and sat for over 5 minutes before realizing they were at the wrong address. The pizza was cold at that point and the 'Works' pizza had a very bad/rotten smell to it.
Disappointed that they started using door dash. This means instead of getting your food delivered by someone that is vetted by and accountable to the restaurant you are purchasing from, they are using random people that they have never seen before and who are not associated with the restaurant. ie....can't be trusted.

Came in 8pm, had ordered 2 pizzas with 2 toppings(mushroom, jalapeños). On the pizza, there’s a huge single slice of pepperoni Almost like purposely. I’ve attached the a photo below… human mistake? Purposely? Or just lack of work ethic or service. You tell me!
12/26/2024 I go in at 10:08 to pick up pizza. White little boy boxes my pizza at 10:10. Let's it sit there and wait to give it to me until 10:20. For what purpose?? I'm assuming he's a racist and didn't like that I was mexican.

It only takes 8 minutes to make a cheese pizza. I ordered carry out from home. Drove 15 minutes to the store, then waited another 25 minutes in the store for an 8 minute pizza. Something wrong with the way the 5 inside employees are being managed if a customer sits in your store for more than 15 minutes period. Even worse that it took 45 minutes to take a pie off the rack and stick it on the conveyor belt!! That was my last visit till management changes.

This location is horrible! New to the area so looking for good spots around me I can frequent. I have tried this place 3 times but I will not be back.The staff is annoyed by your presence each time I have come here. That is one thing I can deal with but I can’t deal with a horrible product multiple times. UNDERCOOKED and halfway sliced pizza….CAN say we didn’t try very hard. Don’t make too many reviews but this is so disappointing I can’t help. DONT GO HERE!

This place has continuously let us down. Delivery times are hours of time inaccurate. Nobody can answer the phone. I’ve currently been on hold with this location for over 27 minutes and they keep rolling it over to hold again and again. I couldn’t cancel my order and get a refund even if I wanted to at this point. In the past, hey have quite literally never gotten our order correct in the past. Thought we’d give them 1 more chance. It’s been over 1.5 hrs (not peak time) and we still don’t have our order nor can we talk to a human. This was the last time we ever give this location our business. It’s a shame as historically, Papa John’s has been decent pizza. This location needs a complete turnover apparently...
