Dont order from this place lacks customer service, Gave this place a second chance and found a hair in my food. Disgusting! Called and the manager didnt really care, didnt apologize or anything, just said okay i started a refund for you! Never again will i return.

I bought a large pizza. I asked for some Parmesan they gave me two packets. I stated this is a large pizza can I have a couple extra more packets they told me no they're only two per order.I told him if they ever wanted to see me in here again they should give me an extra few packets they refused therefore I will never be going back to this place. When a pack of cheese is more important than a customer there's a problem lousy customersservice

People hate on these big pizza chains all the time but we really liked our order today. Of course there is more authentic options around but we had a coupon for Papa Johns and decided to get delivery. Our cheese pizza and meat lovers were loaded UP. Lots of toppings and the cheese was thick. Whoever made these pizzas did a great job, thank you!

First time ordering from this location due to traffic to the one closest. I waited longer than the estimated time. There were only 2 employees and 1 was the delivery person as well. My pizza was made incorrectly but fresh.

I am obsessed with this location and not because it’s closest. Every time I go in the store the customer service is good. The store is clean. And the food is always very hot and fresh. Real shoutout to whoever helped me add peppercinis (however you spell it) to my order today!
Service was okay, but the 3 pizzas we ordered (plain cheese, pepperoni and another one spinach) gave us all bad stomach aches. We ordered pizza from many pizza places over the years and this particular location gave my whole family stomach aches. A first, there MUST be something that was overlooked here. Order with caution and at your risk!

Do not order from Papa John’s!!! Some genius decided to fire all the drivers and only use door dash for delivery. I just cancelled my order. When door dash picked it up it immediately added another 30 minutes to the delivery time. I could also see the driver headed in the opposite direction of my house. You want fresh pizza, I’d recommend anywhere else.

This location has now started to use door dash to deliver and the quality of service has declined significantly. When tracking our last delivery, we used the 'Papa Tracker' to see when our pizza was prepared, baked, and boxed. After the 'boxed' status, we received a notification that door dash would be taking over and were directed to the door dash tracking system. The door dash driver didn't arrive at Papa Johns until *15 minutes* after that point. Then the driver went to the wrong house and sat for over 5 minutes before realizing they were at the wrong address. The pizza was cold at that point and the 'Works' pizza had a very bad/rotten smell to it.
Disappointed that they started using door dash. This means instead of getting your food delivered by someone that is vetted by and accountable to the restaurant you are purchasing from, they are using random people that they have never seen before and who are not associated with the restaurant. ie....can't be trusted.
