Edit 11/29/2024 Last time I had to get a new pizza bc it was burnt. Now this pizza also darn near burned.
They never bring your food for curbside pickup. I’m always sitting in my car for a long time until I finally give up and there is my pizza, just sitting there and no one brought it to me. I have my baby with me and it’s difficult to carry a baby and boxes of pizza.

I spent damn near $100 on food for family and pizza hut got our order wrong. When my husband called to talk to them about this issue (the second time they've messed up our order) they hung up on him. The workers and management have "I don't care" written all over their body language when you go in for carry out. As small as it is, they have lost our business and we will be recommending people go else for their pizza needs.

They use DoorDash and there drivers make multiple stops so you may get your pizza an hour after it’s made.

Updating that I have not had an issue with this store since my initial experience. Kids now love Pizza hut and this place is our go to. they fixed the issue and much respect to the management.
Old post: Ordered twice, both orders wrong, and the first order took 2.5hrs to arrive..cold of course

Terrible service! Someone named Justen was NO HELP and terrible! Placed items on the Pizza that was not ordered. We ended up paying $19.16 for a Medium that was BAD. I know the reason the employees word there Wal-Mart or McDonalds want hire them.

I especially request for crush pepper and Parmesan cheese with my order and when I got the delivery, the driver said oh no they did not give me when I call the Ben keep playing itransferring me to other locations here there a lot of reasons oh I don’t have your order. I don’t know. I don’t know, too much playing around I am very disappointed

I've been coming to this pizza hut since I moved to Paloma Creek in 2019. I always tip 20% - even though I pick up my orders inside the store - because I have witnessed the shenanigans the employees there put up with.
I will no longer be coming to this pizza hut because of how I was treated yesterday. I was paying for my order with a $100 bill and trying to work out the math for a tip in my head. One lanky guy with a neck beard said, "It's just simple math. You know - addition and subtraction?" Sir. I may not be smart enough to do simple math, but I am smart enough to know not to condescendingly insult the person tipping me. The audacity bewildered me in the moment.
Years coming here - I'm always nice, I always tip. Will never return to this store again ✌️

June 30th went To order A pizza and the pizzas I was trying order wore outa stock stuffed Crust pizza Plus Other add-ons wore outa stock I’m not sure they can keep up with the demand that’s ganna be coming.. Pizzas Are Good.they Just Can’t Keep With The
