The service was quick, convenient & delivered by friendly driver. However, the meal itself tasted like it had been sitting for a while, both the pizza and the wings. They were dry and though the toppings were fresh enough, my crispy thin crust was not crispy, nor did I feel it had the extra sauce I'd requested. Very disappointed with the meal overall

I gave the lowest stars for service. Only because I called it in and the lady wasn't even at the store. Her English was terrible and she said they didn't have chicken Alfredo when they do.
I will never call in another order!
The gentleman at the store was great and the only reason there's more than one star. Does anyone have good service over the phone anymore?

Ordered carry out. Pizza was hot/fresh, staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, service was fast (order was ready in 15 minutes). My only super slight complaint is that the toppings weren’t brought out far enough on the pizza so it was a tad crust heavy, but honestly not a big deal lol.

Whoever made the pizza Sunday night, December 7th, 2025 at this location deserves a Michelin star. Absolutely delicious—it was unbelievably good!!
So impressed we decide to get it two days later, today… sigh. Bless their heart but whoever made it tonight uh-uh.
Pleaseeeee bring that person back everyday or at the very least learn from them. Smh even the crust was somehow buttery good.

I love this Pizza Hut! Great, friendly service. I made an error on my pizza and assist manager Kristy made it right without hesitation. This definitely made my night.

We ordered a Pepperoni pizza and it honestly tasted like a cardboard box. They also sprinkled Parmesan everywhere - the crust, the sauce, the toppings - it was too much. In spite of this location being close by, the pizza just smelled and tasted old.

Stopped by on our way home from out of town and I have to say this Pizza Hut is way better than the one at home! Kim was the worker who brought the food out to us and she was such good company to have after our long drive! Very friendly. Will be looking forward to coming back.

My order arrived with a missing pizza. The driver apologized that he wasn’t able to check both his orders before leaving the store. I called store 026425 and spoke with gm Austin. I explained I have missing food. He said he’s missing 4 people today so if I get it replaced it will eventually come but he has no timeframe. Or he can offer a partial credit for my next order. I said I need a refund, this has happened so many times that I don’t plan on another order. He said no he’s not issuing a refund and I can drive to his store and get $8. I said his tone and attitude is extremely unprofessional and I want a corporate contact. I advised I will be sharing my experience with mgmt. I said there is a history of missing food and messed up orders and they will see that. He said good they will also see the same customer complaining all the time. I was shocked and disheartened at his professionalism, disregard and extreme lack of customer service. To be upset with me over their mistake is insane. The driver is even on camera admitting the mistake. I have never tried to get over on a pizza company, I simply want what I paid $84 for. I always got a replacement or credit in the past even when I did not want to continue to patronize. But today sealed the deal on that. To be belittled and disregarded ensures that I will not bother Austin and his crew again. Spend your money wisely neighbors, there are too many options to be treated like a nuisance after payment of course

Worst experience ever! They literally just stole my money, passed me from customer service and the store, and made getting my refund back from THEIR SCREW UP IMPOSSIBLE!!! As I’m writing this message I still don’t have a resolution! The app crashes, the online portal doesn’t let you finish anything, and in the store the they have horrible attitudes for no reason!!!

First time at this store location. As we were waiting in the store my daughter says i thought all workers wear hair nets hmm good point I reply. Not all establishments require employees to wear hair nets . My daughter replies they should . I said well let’s hope the pizza is good and we have no issues. Brought pizza home it tastes good I will be honest. Minus one slice was a-little on the cold side. 1 Hour later let’s just say our digestive system didn’t agree so well with the pizza and the results were not pleasant. Called the store spoke with the manger he was apologetic so that’s helpful! Now just waiting for Austin the GM to follow up. Hopefully he does. If I could provide feed back it would be to focus on an effective hygiene plan/ routine. Thank you! Best regards 😊
Staff there is very rude!! Y’all shouldn’t work there if you hate your job! Don’t ruin someone else’s day just because you’re not having a good day. Management should hire people who actually want to be there.

We ordered a pizza and wings to be delivered. The pizza was delivered not cooked, and coveted in to much sauce. We ordered a meat lovers. This was the worst
pizza ever received. We also ordered wings they where delivered cold covered with to much sauce and the skin falling off. It was a good meal for our dogs. Don't wast your time ordering from this new store. Horrible.
