Very disappointing experience. Went through the drive thru and was greeted by a mumble rapper who could barely muster proper english. The girl working the window might as well have thrown the food in my car with how quickly she tried to get me out of there. When I arrived home I found the meal itself to be sadly disappointing considering the price ($10.50) for 3 tenders. Fries and chicken were bland. At least the Garlic Parmesan sauce was good.

I made the mistake of ordering spicy tenders and when it got delivered, it was too spicy for my daughter to eat, and the manager was able to adjust and make new tenders for us and I’m really thankful for it and bought two desserts. We will be back more often because of this kindness. Thank you so much, Slim chickens

I went to this store to pickup my order this evening and I totally disappointed with service I received and I called the store and explained about the situation and they hang up my call even without an apology, after I received a call from private number and they left message said if I don't like the service I have to go back to my country and used a word that can't be explained , I added picture in this review so people can see. I'm leaving opinion to people who read this.

This location has completely fallen off. My family and I came in for our usual chicken and waffles — the same order we’ve gotten for years — and the experience was terrible. The manager took our order without saying a word about any issues.
When the food finally came, we only got one syrup each. I asked for an extra syrup like we always do, and the manager suddenly claimed they were “running low” and said she’d have to charge for it. That should’ve been mentioned before we ordered so we could make a different choice. Instead, she brushed us off and walked away, showing zero respect or concern.
If this is how management handles customers now, this place is no longer worth visiting. We won’t be returning, and this location seriously needs stronger leadership and better customer service.

Slim Chickens never misses! I ordered the chicken salad with the cayenne ranch and it was absolutely amazing. Every time I go, the food is hot, fresh, and full of flavor. My order is always accurate, and the service is consistently great. This location has definitely earned all five stars!
