Ordered a family meal for pick up, picked up my food, drove all the way home only to find they forgot to put the chicken in the bag. I called the store and they agreed to remake the meal. I go back to the store check-in, but my food is not ready. I waited almost an hour for them to get me my food and got asked my name several times with promises that they were working on my order. While waiting, I could see that they were very disorganized. Several orders were getting lost. Orders taking a long time to come out and food stacking up in the window. For fast food, that was certainly not my experience. I would have gladly looked past the initial error of leaving out the chicken if they had immediately made it right, but that on top of having to wait so long to get my food was very disappointing.

Tried this place multiple times - 2 out of 5 visits resulted in getting home with the incorrect order/missing items. The store never appears busy & the employees are almost always standing around when I’ve visited. Avoid this place if possible, but if you do stop by - make sure to double check your order.

Went to the Aubrey location for the first time. Had the spicy ranch chicken sandwich, fried mushrooms, and fingers with fries. Everything was hot and delicious! Outstanding customer service. Employees checked on us several times. Highly recommend this location.
