I felt like leaving only one star across the board but I wanted to be fair and generously gave 3. I have been getting smoothies here for more than four years and they pretty consistently screw up my and my wife’s smoothies. They are made inconsistently and sometimes terribly. Today all 3 kids working there were rude. One girl in particular made zero eye contact and when I smiled and said hello she literally ignored me and walked away. I would fire her today if I owned this business. This is not how you treat your paying customers. I would go someplace else if I could but it is the only option around. When they screwed up one of my smoothies today, zero apology and threw it in the trash with what appeared to be an attitude. I am so upset. I seriously want to leave only one star for this review.

There’s usually some pretty young kids working here and they’re always amazing! So sweet, and polite and it’s the cleanest smoothie king in the area. Great service and smoothies!

Sat in drive thru line at 3pm for 15-20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Sat at the window for 5 minutes. No sense of urgency and just let the line inside and out build up. Guy at the window was rude and weird when I didn’t leave a big tip. Not coming back
I orderd 2 straberry banana smoothies and a loaded chocolate toast and besides that being phenomenal wven if it was horrid the service was so nice MsLex and John i think actually on the drive thru mic were so nice,helpful,and just happy to be at work i was amazed and so grateful . GOOD HR AND EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL RETURN ASAP

Great location for Union Park and Paloma Creek, where the population is exploding. Add a store to 423 & 380 and you’ll make a killling. Need to add wall wraps with athletes like the Addison store has. Looks coolers inside and they have extra shelving sections for snacks and extra drink fridges.
