Nice carrots, no major issues, sometimes they forget condiments. Drinks are always 1/2 off until 10am. Ordered on the mobile app as well. Soft drinks, teas, I don't think coffee, not sure.

Ordered on app for five people. When we got home we found they left out one of the burgers. We called back to tell them and they accused me of lying and said it was in the bag. They then told me to come back and they would give me another hamburger. Never admitted they forgot the item or apologized. Nothing but attitude and incompetence. I contacted corporate and provided all details. They confirmed facts and referred complaint back to the local store for resolution. Never heard back. Management clearly doesn’t care and corporate doesn’t either. After reading other reviews I realize this is standard practice.

Every time I call they answer then hang up last time I ordered my food they took an hour of waiting then they canceled our order 30 minutes before closing for unknown reasons the food is good but night time service is a 0/10

Why is sonic so stinji with their marinara sauce? Every single sonic has done this, where i ask for two marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks an they give me none or one. Whats with yall holding the marinara sause? Like what am I gonna do with a large mozzarella with one or no marinara sauce?

Every time I go to Sonic, I only stop by because it's the closest option to my workplace for now. They have the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They seem more concerned about the quantity of customers than the quality of their service. I’ve been cut off so many times that I've been unable to complete my order. I can't wait to leave the Aubrey/Little Elm area for good.

This is hands down the worst Sonic location at mixing the blast. They consistently only put the mix ins on the top. If you go before about 6:30, they do it correctly. If you go after, they don’t want to get the mixer dirty so they just put mix ins on the top & don’t mix it.
Next time, I’ll be checking before I leave and mixing it myself if it’s not correct. It’s not hard, they’re just lazy.

The manager working on 2/1/25 @ 2:00pm was incredibly unprofessional and said to me, “You can go leave a bad review, before I catch an attitude over this!” I waited for over 25-30mins for 4 drinks and 2 corn dogs!! I don’t recommend this place and will not be back again!! I called back up there and she lied and said the manager was not there (shes a Caucasian women with dark blonde hair). I then asked for her name and she hung up the phone. She is making a BAD name for Sonic and horrible experience on a Saturday to have to deal with such an unpleasant situation.

Went here after going to the one in crossroads and being treated like garbage.
Here however, the staff was very genuinely polite and kind. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and it was delicious and not overly filled with ice. The location had better lighting foe it being so dark out and it was very clean and up kept. I will be happy to return again.
Thank you to this location for being kind and caring about the products you put out!

THE WORST SONIC EVER!!! Every single time I order a Oreo chocolate shake they NEVER put enough chocolate! They have basically made me a Oreo vanilla shake with a dash of chocolate in it and this level of laziness has left me dissatisfied every time! Why should I have to add my own chocolate in a shake that I paid for at home????? Anyway TODAY I decided to give them another try and ordered a Oreo chocolate shake again. Not only was there not enough chocolate in it but there were NO Oreos in it this time! I am so tired of this location!! Before ordering from here PLEASE read the reviews. They are extremely lazy at this location. Don’t waste your money!!
