Service is absolutely terrible….the food is always cold, experience every time I go is very piss poor. I give them benefit of the doubt and keep going back because I would like to think the experience will be better, but it’s always full of disappointments. Wouldn’t recommend

Ordered at the drive thru a #12 combo. Got home and they gave me a #2 combo. Wanted the chicken fried steak sandwich. Ended up with a burger I had to throw away. Tried calling the store 6 times to resolve the issue. No one ever answered. Yes, it was an hour before they closed. If you're open during business hours, please answer your phone to resolve issues. No, they were not busy or understaffed. I had to call their India call center to request a refund. Lord knows if I will ever see it. I don't live close by, so I can't just drive back to resolve it. Very disappointing. I will not be going back.

Old staff was amazing. Clearly new staff (alex was name listed as carhop) and the customer service is piss poor and they're rude. Before now they were my fave location. Def lost a customer for good in this area. Being rude, condescending, and racially biased towards someone whose trying to communicate to you kindly is insane. I see all the other recent reviews have similar issues. Like i said used to be a great location and the younger staff was always so kind and understanding.

We have ordered classic strawberry shake with out whip. One of the serving lady named CC ( not sure what is the name) bought the order with whip. When we asked her to bring without whip she removed the top layer and brought the same items. The cup is with watery. We asked her to bring new one. For our surprise she poured the shake in new cups and bought to us. When we taste it we got the whip. For the past 8 yrs we are going to sonic but never experienced like this. The carhop: CC is the lady bought our order. This is the worst experience we had in this store
