First visiting this location, the service was top notch. The food was fresh and hot. There was only one person working the front line but he was courteous, proficient and friendly. I definitely will choose this location again.

I would not go here if you're trying to make a custom order for your sandwich like when I went to go order a chicken bacon ranch, they told me they can't change the chicken to the grilled chicken because of the owner would get on to them for doing it possibly firing them.

Don’t bother trying to come at or after 9:30pm. Employee claimed their POS system “shuts down 30 minutes before closing and they can only take cash”. I understand not wanting to take orders right before closing, but 30 minutes before closing still seems reasonable for a QSR. Business should just update closing time 😒

Rip off, never eating there again...

The quantity of veggies is laughable, even the meatballs are smaller, they no longer carry fresh tea (sweet or unsweetened), and they switched to Pepsi products.

The owner must be a cheap skate, cutting any corner they can. At the price they charge the food quantity and quality is appalling.

It's a sad day when McDonald's is a better deal than a sandwich shop. Really sad since I've been eaten at this location for 12 years. Quantity has been on a decline for a while. I won't step foot in there again.

I don't know what people expect from a Subway but it's a fast food place. The interior, the food, and the service are that of fast food restaurant level. This location is a bit stingy with the sandwich toppings(?), though, so be prepared to ask for more if you even want the regular amount you'd normally get elsewhere. The workers do not look like they enjoy working or being there so their demeanor will reflect that. Either way, it's a fast food place and it's Subway. Lower any expectations and you'll be ok.

They made my sandwich wrong on the app and refused to remake. Asked for refund and they said they can't because it was a mobile order and they can't honor refunds based on customer disagreement of how the sandwich was made. Crazy!!!! After looking at the reviews, I should've known not to be a patron here.

Touch Down

Worst Experience Ever. I order my sandwich in the parking lot to take advantage of my reward, and go into the store to advise how my sandwich is to be made. They tell me they have to go by the receipt and that cant get my sandwich with veggies nor toasted how I like. I ask for management and he gets called because he's not on site. He proceeds to tell me that stores new policy and that they'd rather throw away my sandwich than to add veggies and toast it how I desired. I ask for a refund and he says I have to come back in the AM in order to get a confirmation or I have to leave my receipt and trust him to process it, because the employees on duty don't have the authority to process refunds. I just leave and instantly file a complaint with corporate. This is ridiculous. Subway has built a culture of making the customers sandwich the way they please, but these guys here just want to spite and be a problem for their customers. The employees are often rude, but I believe the standard starts with management/ownership. Avoid this store and go to the providence village location. This place doesn't deserve the community's support. They act as if customer service is a plague and the communities business can be taken for granted. Avoid this place! They don't value you as a customer!!

Four consecutive Tuesday I went there and they are always out of Veggie Pattie. If they are not going to carry, they should remove it from their menu .
