Visited on Wednesday night, two young man were trying to manage the store and doing terrible job. But I don't blame them, the manager did terrible job of training them because they didn't know how to take coupons off. Both tried neither knew how to take coupons off. They tried QR still didn't work so that is manager fault and he was not there. They did not apologize, I paid full price. Not going back to this Subway any more.
Went in to order two sandwiches. The lady behind the counter was putting together an online order. She has one speed and it is backwards.
I understand the nature of the food industry but at least acknowledge that I am here. Say hello or something. It's lunchtime, and my time is very limited, so her being slow doesn't help me.
Clearly this location does not need the business.

Sandwiches placed via mobile order come with virtually no veggies. If this is a manager directive, it’s going to cost you customers. In either case, it needs to change.

The place always closes 20 minutes before their actual closing time. Literally had one of the workers look at me while I was trying to come inside, instead of telling me “we’re closed for the night” they instead walk to the back and just shut off all the lights to the restaurant. No communication whatsoever, that’s terrible service.

The place is good but customer service is really bad. Whenever I asked for veg pizza they don't have it or they are out of it.
Secondly there is a guy name Ticid he is too much. He is very rude. I am allergic to meat and I told him to change the gloves he talked to me very badly
Then he said you should stand here to order while I was speaking. I mean are you ordering me where should I stand or not? He was making my order and still touched other orders too when I clearly told him I am allergic to meat. This thing need to be fixed when you guys make orders don't touched someone else order.

Myself and my niece recently at here last week. We ended up getting sick after ordering the Turkey Subs. For some reason they now block your view of them making the food. Huge red flag and I won’t be back.

Truthfully, this Subway is normally amazing. But not today around 2pm. One of the employees was very unprofessional towards her fellow teammates, and obviously untrained. But to be honest, I doubt she was trainable - she didn't seem to care.I don't know the situation but while preparing a sandwich: Her teammates were trying to help her understand how to cut down to size a kids size sandwich, and after a surprising series of experimentation (it should be 4 inches, just cut the end off - says one of her teammates. Not that hard yo.) she proceeded to quietly verbally chastise her teammates. This attitude was unacceptable, didn't want to make a scene defending her other teammates; we walked out before completing our order.
