Tried to order food at the counter but was told to order on the screen behind me. They didn't want to help me at all. I like to order my food in specific way that is not available on the screen but they didn't seem to even want to talk to me. Their hasn't been very good in the past anyway just thought I'd give it another shot, won't happen again . This place sucks, the food and the service.

The employee are supper nice and friendly and respectful they always get my order right and have never messed it up and the food is always hot and fresh super good service and they are very respectful and nice I give them a 10 out of 10 best Taco Bell I’ve ever Ben too and there super clean

Never again!! I use to go here and with a family of four until my wife walks in with my 6 year old that had pee and when she walks out the door the they said REALLY!! Are you kidding me what are yall the bathroom police?? Thanks but no thanks never going here again!!

I just want to say the Hispanic female who worked on Oct 17 you were rude as hell just because you had to do your job 🤦🏻♀️ out of beef? You close at 1 and was being awful to customers at 10 honestly you need a new job if you can NOT handle a rush you look to old to be acting like that 😂

Went to pick my order through drive through. Two employees stood outside as I passed by, they shrugged and shook their head no. As I drove to the speaker, an employee said they are having technical difficulties and can’t take my order …. I stayed in the drive through to cancel my order. Then the employee said we’re closed , either way, Terrible experience, I’ve had issues with this location almost every time …. They were not closed. Disappointing.

Shout out to the staff working this evening. The soft taco I got slapped. Lots of cheese, good beef, didn’t make a mess and the lettuce was crisp. I didn’t get much, ya know, 4th meal. But each item left me with no regret. The gal at the window was kind. The type of person you might want to sit on a porch with til the cows come home.
