I just did grocery delivery and I’m 7 minutes down the rd. I only ordered 11 items. They charged me 10 dollar delivery fee which I’m ok with because I’m Covid positive health care worker. I did not get my ground meat which I was charged 14.65 for. I have spent 12 minutes on hold waiting for someone to assist me on the phone. Now do I get dressed and go into the store for my refund??? It’s obvious that otherwise I’m not going to get anyone on the telephone.

Not the place to save money. However, it is so clean and extremely nice produce. The meat is also very good cuts. I prefer to shop here than any other place.

How about opening a register. The self checkout isn't easy for large shopping.. today, Saturday, Morning shopping only 2 registers open with 4 “baggers†just hanging around - long lines. - this is crazy. Pay a bagger to run another register!!
The bakery cakes are delicious, but the decorations looked like a 3 year old did it. I could have cried. Too late to change it for my husband's 85th birthday. And before anyone asks, yes I let them know when I picked it up I was not at all pleased.

I have been to Azle Albertsons enough times to know what an amazing store they are. The managers are really friendly and the store manager, Brian Meason is one of the nicest people I know. I thank God everyday for the wonderful store that is Albertsons.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to the pharmacist,employees and customers at Azle Albertsons. Jacob and Emily were at Albertsons today and their baby had a seizure. The pharmacist jumped over the counter to help and they brought a dog bed for Jacob to lay on with Reagan. The ambulance went to walmart by mistake so the pharmacist ran to walmart to get them. This shows that there are such caring loving people In the town of Azle. Reagan is home now. She had that seizure when your fever spikes. Thank you so much to all of you that reached out to help and thank you God!
