I went to visit the states to attend my grandmothers funeral afterwards i went to arbys as normally i really enjoy it however the service i was given was absurd. Oh, where do I begin with this raw meat mountain sandwich from Arby's? It was a complete disaster. First off, the sight of it was off-putting, like a chaotic pile of unkempt meats that seemed to be competing for attention rather than complementing each other. The bread was stale, which only added to the disappointment.
As for the taste, it was a confusing mess. The meats were not only overly greasy but also lacked any real flavor, making each bite feel like a chore rather than a treat. The whole experience left me questioning my life choices. I expected a hearty meal, but instead, I got a soggy, (which left the bag dripping in grease) unappetizing mound that I couldn't finish. I would not recommend this sandwich to anyone unless they enjoy a truly underwhelming culinary experience. Save your money and your taste buds!

Employees weren't rude but just a shrugg of the shoulders kinda answer to everything. Food came quick, but was all cold so we had to use the connecting gas stations microwave, then the fries we returned, we seen them just put them right back on the fry rack

The worst burger I ever had, But I am sure it isn't the actual food chain. I've eaten Arby's before and it was very good. But tonight the staff didn't want to be there and my food was evident of it. Burger cold, and pink. Fries was cold and hard to the point I threw them away. The staff obviously didn't care. Because when I usually go, my food is hot and delicious..tonight..I received the worst burger I ever had in my life... Just terrible. If I return and see the same girl at the window, I'm driving off. It's already fast food, it shouldn't be cold..terrible

We don't often stop at Arby's just cause we don't have one near us but this location was pretty nice. The employees were polite and got us our food in a timely manner. The food was pretty good, I got from the 3 for 5 value menu and got a couple honey mustard chicken wraps and a slider that were really tasty. My husband got the BBQ chicken bacon burger which unfortunately wasn't his favorite but he enjoyed my slider and one of my wraps. We both LOVED the curly fry.
Parking: Parking lot was clean and the tree's/grass around were well maintained. It was nice to not see trash in the parking lot or drive thru.

Went to the drive thru, waited and waited.. nothing. I finally told my mom I would just go inside. Door locked. It 11:10 am. 2 people outside said they'll be open in 30 minutes.. this happened to us before. I don't live close, made a special trip.. Won't do it anymore.
