Arby’s has the potential to make a great high-end sandwich, but it also carries a high-end price. I got two meals. My order was $35. My order was wrong, but luckily the store manager was there and had it corrected.

Actually not terrible. It's fast food but it was fresh and seemed better than other fast food places around

Came home yesterday and when we opened our bag, the beef and cheddar had no cheese and no arby sauce whatsoever! My chicken sandwich had almost no lettuce or mayonnaise, the lettuce was rotten and tomatoes were very sad looking. Our fries were cold and we don't live more than 15 minutes away from home.We did have the meal remade and it was wrong and still sad!The lady just said she'll have the manager call us and that the meal was made right. We spent $30 on a scrappy meal.

The good burger was not as good as I thought it would be, I couldn’t even finish it because I didn’t like that my burger was not well done. I should have asked it to be cooked longer. For $40 I could have went to chilis.

We purchased the new burger deal. Got home and whole burger patty was raw. When I called and spoke to "manager" Candy she was so rude. Told me that's the way they are made. Then I asked her if she would eat it this way and she said no. Refused to refund my money but said they could remake burger. I will never go to this Arby's again after the way she treated me. Bad service equals lost business for me.

If I could give a review of 0 stars I would. This was my first experience eating at ARBY’S with my grandmother, and she had already ate half of her chicken sandwich and it was raw. I am so angry, Arby’s is lucky I am only 17.

Went thru Arby's drive thru today at 2.40 pm.Rude, ignorant people work there!Placed an order ... Which couldn't be understood? (English is my 1st language). Ordered a beef gyro. NO. A what ? A beef Greek Gyro. NO. So I spelled out g-y-r-o ! " He answered back with clearly stating a different product - I said no, I can't quite make out what you're saying - but it's not a Greek gyro. Was then told, "If you can't pronounce the menu go elsewhere" lady. So, I then drove round to the store, went in and asked for the manager. He said he was the manager, his name Richard. He refused to give me his last name. This person Richard is a rude, disrespectful person. Arby's management need to seriously consider having such a person dealing with the public. Will never go there again !

Had a great experience at the drive through. They went through a change in staff and the new staff are friendly attentive and engaging! Much improved over the staff that's run the place for the last couple years!

Today I went to order the 2 for $7 beef & cheddar sandwiches. I asked for them to both have no red sauce. The employee told me that with the 2 for $7 special you cannot make any modifications, including removing the red sauce. He said if I wanted no red sauce I would have to pay the full price for each sandwich. This has never been the case before. We have been dining at this location for almost 4 years & have always been able to make modifications. The total would have been $10 for the 2 sandwiches vs $7 for the special price. I called the location in the next town over & asked if this was also their policy & they said no such policy exists. They suggested we contact corporate & let them know what this location is trying to do. I will not be returning to the Azle location if they want to charge $3 extra to leave off an ingredient.

Seems kind of dumb to offer the 2 for $7 but bc you want a sesame bun insead of the onion bun it no longer qualifies for the 2 for $7. Price increase is around $5.
