Went today to try and order food for my family. I had a gift card, they told my son that the gift card hasn't worked in weeks. Why hasn't this been fixed if it has been weeks? So we added the card to Google wallet. I went in side to see if they had tap in pay. It is December 14 at around 920ish pm. The women there working saw me. She didn't acknowledge me what so ever. And I stood there some more. I said hello and she just stood there. The man on the fryer actually acknowledge me and came to help. I just think that was very disrespectful. Rude and uncalled for. Also wasn't able to use it on tap and pay either. Please get this fix and train your employees what customer service is. Thanks

Go to get some food with e-gift cards (printed from the internet because they are e-gift cards) and the idiots tell me you can’t use them because they aren’t gift cards. So how do you use a printed e-gift card? It gets tiresome dealing with incompetence everywhere you go these days. I’ll just eat elsewhere.

I have toddlers that constantly ask to go to Burger King. I try not to be negative but this evening was rainy and the kids wanted to go to Burger King to play and this was the 6th time they had the dining room closed and only the drive through open. So my kids had a meltdown again. So at this point I can't even say we're going there without assuming that they had the dining room closed. Whoever is managing this place needs to go away before they run this location in the ground.
I can totally understand having an issue like that but this on an icy day but this issue is constantly happening here.

If I could go negative I would. Whoever your night manager is needs to be fired. Walks passed line of customers ignoring them not even greeting them. My son asked her for a spoon she rolled her eyes at him and sighed. This is the second time I've came in here and when you try to say something she walks off. Fire her. She should not be in customer service. Also ear bud in her ear and constantly bouncing from food to service without washing her hands.

I was greeted by a great women at the window. Her service was great so great we tipped her $5. I spent $15 on breakfast just to get home and not get what I ordered. Tried calling the restaurant but all I get is a fast busy signal. My husband was so looking forward to having breakfast with me just to be sooo disappointed ☹️

I dislike this Burger King store, first of all there phone is always busy The employees All need to be fired including Managers. I live in Azle and that burger king needs to be shut down the orders are never correct. I spit on that story and never ever will I order from that BURGER KING IN AZLE.

They no longer accept prepaid cards AKA gift cards. Corporate has not issued a response since submitting a ticket, despite claiming to respond in “24-48 hours”. More like 24-48 weeks. If I had known they didn’t accept their own gift cards, I would have never bought them. How can a company refuse their own currency?
They need to hire people that have good customer service. Elderly lady that works there needs to find another job.

Ordered breakfast biscuit, it was hot, but warming in the microwave made it so greasy it soaked thru the wrapper and the biscuit stuck to the sausage patty. They don't seem to care about the quality of their food.

New to area I can understand the bad reviews of this establishment. The double whopper I ordered bread was old and flaky. The meat had to either been sitting for a while or way over cooked so dry like eating cardboard. Ashamed, too, not many BK around the area was craving a good Bk whopper and had to throw it away it was inedible. I will not be returning anytime soon
