The black lady working drive thru with blonde pony tail is very rude does not communicate with customers or repeat there order or repeat total back very poor customer service skills she should not be working in customer service

Best food in Azle hands down. Quit, getting here a few years ago because I had bad experiences every time started coming back a few months ago. They have new management. It has been amazing each and every time hot food, fresh food, clean atmosphere employees with great attitudes. If you have not tried them lately. I highly recommend

Update: the customer service from the app got back with me. They are only issuing a $5 credit to my account that expires in a month! Absolutely ridiculous. My son didn’t eat his burger, only the fries and drink plus he was missing an additional side. This doesn’t add up to $5. They say they can’t refund and can only offer credit. I doubt I’ll be using the credit in the 30 days.
Original review: Can't comment on atmosphere as we only use the drive thru but decided to give them another chance after MULTIPLE order mishaps. I ordered lunch today for my son who is in band and needed lunch quick, while they were polite and fast, I believe they gave me the wrong order (I placed a mobile order). Someone literally ordered the same thing I did at the same time, only I ordered a 4 piece cheese sticks as well and the burger was made wrong. Technically the order was right for whoever the order was for but it wasn't ours (he only likes ketchup on his burger and this one was made all the way). No other cars in the drive thru. 2nd window should have double checked my name maybe. I submitted an order complaint through the app, they usually refund. But I will stay away from this location from now on.

Looked at my bank statement to find an $8.56 order was charged an even $10.00. Watch yourself here. They're slick. Never buying here again.
Went today to try and order food for my family. I had a gift card, they told my son that the gift card hasn't worked in weeks. Why hasn't this been fixed if it has been weeks? So we added the card to Google wallet. I went in side to see if they had tap in pay. It is December 14 at around 920ish pm. The women there working saw me. She didn't acknowledge me what so ever. And I stood there some more. I said hello and she just stood there. The man on the fryer actually acknowledge me and came to help. I just think that was very disrespectful. Rude and uncalled for. Also wasn't able to use it on tap and pay either. Please get this fix and train your employees what customer service is. Thanks
