Ok, so I told my kids I would take them out for an ice cream cone at QT. We arrived and were disappointed that QT no longer offers ice cream cones for sale. So we went to McDonald's and of course they were out until tomorrow... So we went to sonic. They surely would have an ice cream cone. Nope. So we then went to burger king. At least burger king did have the ice cream cone so 👍. However the size of these cones were ridiculous. They were basically the baby cones you get at McDonald's for free. The cone was actually a kinda normal size but the worker put such a small amount of ice cream on the cone it was sad. It was like the worker gets paid by how little ice cream he can give out. Needless to say my kids were disappointed. So we then had to go to Walmart to buy a tub of ice cream. That'll teach me to take my kids out for ice cream... Hire better people burger king,

It’s not often you get exceptional service, and food. I was amazed at the service, the warm food and the attitude during the day at this Burger King! I highly recommend and encourage you to try it. These people are exceptional.
Depends on which one you do to. The one in azle is fast and good food. The one of of 199 across from ponchos, suck. They were out of kid meals, out of apple juice, just about everything I wanted they were out of. Food took forever to come out.

Pretty rude customer service I know working fast food sucks so I try to be extra polite to fast food workers .... but dude Stephenie was pretty rude it was a pretty awkward encounter I tried to greet her ask her how her day was and she completely ignored it ... I try to order efficiently to help yall out but this is the second time I've come here and had rude service from the girl with the teardrop tattoo on her face 😑 it's annoying I know yall hate your lives but take it out on someone else

They don’t understand plain and dry when u order food so I suggest not coming to this location now I see why no one goes here takes them 25 mins just to make the food like ur at a restaurant but when u get it it’s all wrong and the place is nasty
