Scott, Robyn, and their family/team at Caitlin’s Catering were amazing! As both a friend and fellow wedding pro, I was so impressed by their attention to detail and how they truly made my wife, me, and our guests feel like we were being served by family. The food was exactly what we imagined — flavorful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious! We chose tacos because we have a lot of family and guests with food allergies and it was all perfect! But I also got to have my chicken and waffles! We’re so thankful for Scott and his team for helping make our day deliciously memorable!

Absolute lifesavers! We hired this catering team for an out-of-town wedding rehearsal brunch, and they went way beyond expectations. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but they also helped with setup, serving, and cleanup—all with kindness and professionalism.

But here's where they truly saved the day: we rented an Airbnb that was, frankly, a disappointment. When they saw how stressed we were, they didn’t hesitate. They loaded up five large bins of indoor and outdoor decor—at no extra charge—and helped us completely transform the space into something beautiful and inviting. Their support turned what could have been a disaster into a gorgeous and successful event.

They are both genuinely wonderful people, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We came to Caitlyn’s while we were scouting for a caterer for our Wedding. From the tasting and our first conversation with one of the owners we were already pretty sure they were perfect. It’s far easier to talk big about what you can and will do, far harder to deliver on all those promises. Which they did. They went above and beyond at our wedding and truly made it a perfect experience. You could not ask for kinder staff/ownership, or better food for that matter. And all so reasonably priced. After watching many of my friends struggle with catering I am thrilled to have found them. I truly could not recommend and service more than I recommend Caitlyn’s Catering.

Scott did a great job catering my rehearsal dinner! He definitely knows his way around the kitchen. The barbecue was good, we had an eloté bar and everyone complimented the food! People from out of town got to experience some real Texas barbecue. Best part Scott was very kind and laid back, the evening was very special thanks to him. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Caitlyns Catering! This amazing family owned company catered our daughter’s wedding in downtown Fort Worth in January 2025 and they were simply fantastic. The food was delicious and nicely presented. The table settings were set beautifully. Drinks were perfect and they did an outstanding job with bar service. So many guests commented on how great the food and drinks were. The owners Scott and Robin were great to work with and truly exceeded our expectations.

We hired Caitlyn's Catering for my dad's memorial service. We met 2 weeks before the service and finalized the menu. They came through with everything requested; hors' d'oeuvre being served before the service, main course dishes, and desserts. Would highly recommend them.

Can't say enough great things for Caitlyn's Catering. Scott and Robyn went above and beyond for my dad's event. The buffet was amazing, but best of all were the waiters walking around with trays of delicious hor d'oeuvres. They bussed tables, and it was an incredible event! Highly RECOMMEND!

We booked several months ago for a 40th anniversary wedding vow renewal on January 18.. We asked if CC needed a deposit, were told no. We have used them before and gave an extra tip on top of what they put on the bill them self.
We received a text Sunday to confirm. We called Monday and they were closed so we left a message and we then recieved a text that they would call us back, but that call never came. We called yesterday (Tuesday)and they said they were called Monday ( the day they were closed) requesting they cater a funeral on January 18, and cancelled our event and booked the funeral because we were told they could not get in touch with us. Yet 3 months earlier they returned our calls with no problems and returned our calls a year earlier with no problems. I’m not sure where communications failed. What I am sure of is, I had a caterer reserved 3 months in advance and now with 10 days to go, I don’t!
If I could give a minus on your star rating I would.,1 is too many.
