My family got food poisoning from being sold old chicken here and told manager, and she didn't care and hung up on me. Not going back to this nasty place. Something is wrong with their food, it will make you sick.

I usually don’t have a bad experience but the last two times have been horrible. The first time I overlooked the stale chicken since it was only a few pieces out of our family pack but this time my chicken was undercooked and it was for my children. The line was nonexistent so there’s no excuse. Highly disgusted.

Foods okay but the prices are way to high. Lisa's chicken is just as good if not better and the prices at Lisa's are way better.
Apparently reading and comprehension and cook time is a difficult task. Zero quality control. This is a reflection of management and owner of the store. They need to get their head out of there azz and pay attention to what the order is.

Chicken Breast VERY TOUGH!!!! The chicken meat was from older chickens. I know this used to raise them!!!!!
I had hair in my food. They refused to give me a refund or new food... the manager Brittney was so mean to my family. I hope you can get a new manager in there because she doesn't deserve it. My son is so upset right now

The manager brittney was very rude and would not let us get the food. There was nobody there they had no orders to fulfill and they had no customers. I will never go back to this place ever again
