My husband and I got chicken strips to go. Got home and immediately noticed the extremely light color of the fry on the chicken, not crispy at all. Broke apart the first piece, very rare at best. So we tested all of them, same thing. We boxed everything back up, my husband went back, about a 15 minute drive each way with traffic. He pointed out to them that the chicken was literally raw. They did not seem the least bit concerned that they were serving raw chicken. Are they not trained on the fact that consuming raw chicken can cause a serious case of food poisoning and/or other health issues that can be fatal. They did replace our order but here's real kicker, my husband broke open a couple of pieces from the new order before he left the store, he thought they looked OK. But when he got home and we tried to eat, 7 out of the 10 strips we got were still raw. These people are going to kill someone. We then didn't eat anything from our order. If they are that unconcerned about serving raw chicken they probably aren't very concerned with cross contamination either.

I wonder how many people have died from eating under cooked chicken from this location. We went through the drive thru and got two tenders meals. We got to the house, sat down at the table and started to eat. The tenders were very pink inside. We gathered the food up and drove back to Chicken Express. They mumbled under their breath but did redo the order. Drove back to the house, sat down at the table to pink chicken again. I should have shredded the chicken at their table. I give up. I will never get chicken from Chicken Express again.
I DO NOT recommend Chicken Express!

Overall place should be shut down witnessed several health code violations not to mention cold chicken several times. Not sure why everyone had an attitude. Like just start over completely

Can somebody tell me why a customer has to wait 20 minutes for bone-in chicken. Ask for a free drink for the inconvenience and was told the owners don't allow it! Customers are not a priority!

Ordered a family meal asked for serendipity sauce wife got home wasn’t in bag had to drive 15 min to get some got to counter asked for a handful lady said I can only have a couple uhm I paid 60 dollars to eat here then you take 15 min away from me so now that food is cold for me and then you want to limit me on something I already paid for never coming here again I’ll drive to lake worth now on

I swear you really should hire better staff. They won’t acknowledge or let you set there and wait till the woman in the back to serve you the manager but even her she no thank you no how you doing. It’s like you don’t exist this place needs a makeover. And you should set them up to see what I’m talking about just walk in as a normal person and see.

Drive through experience was horrible. I went to the menu. Waited and read through to see what we wanted. No one came across the speaker so I figured it was an order at the window chicken e. Young super rude girl came to the window and I was telling her our simple order and she interrupted me to say next time order at the drive through menu. I literally looked back to see where she was talking about and said we sat there for a bit and thought we had to order at the window. She said no you didn’t you drove right past it. (I’m the only drive through customer and there are few patrons inside.2:58 pm ) No worries sweetheart I won’t be back !!!

We went through the drive thru and waited for a solid 5 minutes but no one said anything so we drove around.

The young lady who took our order had a poor attitude and said, “will you please order at the menu box next time” so we replied and said “we tried and waited and no one said anything.” Her response back was, “mam you drove right past it”

It was the poor attitude and sass. I am disappointed with bad customer service.

I give it three stars because the price was outrageous to me. I have an extremely tight budget and try to buy the 10-piece which they don't have, only eight piece or 12-piece and for almost $30 for some chicken. I am sorry but too rich for my blood. People that have a steady income it's probably not an issue.
*I have eaten there several times in my life and it's always been decent. 😁 I guess I will be cooking my own chicken from now on. Blessings
