Drive thru, chicken was not fresh and crispy, soggy from sitting under the lights for who knows how long,same with the sides, did not get any napkins for our to go meal , really, won't be back..

I asked for fresh food twice at this location because the keep giving me old tenders. They even make me wait. Then they just send me on my way with old tenders anyway. I should have learned my lesson with this store after the first time. This location is consistently bad.

I ordered 12 chicken strip meal, and instead of the girl telling me they don't have that and explaining the smallest they have was a 20 piece she just put in a 12-piece mixed bone in chicken so when I got all the way home to my daughters who don't eat things off the bone, I had to turn around to go back hoping they would make it right even if I had to pay a little difference. No not only did I pay $35 for the chicken I didn't order but I had to pay another $30 to get the chicken I did order. I will not go back here. They are snobby, don't smile and the way they talk could use classes on customer service.

This was a to go ordered in drive thru. Was an excellent deal I ask for fresh hot fries and fresh hot okra not over cooked and it came out that way about half of the okra was overcooked but I had enough to satisfy me. Thank you to the service staff working Tuesday night January 9 2024. It was
READ BEFORE YOU BUY - this location consistently sucks! - EVERY TIME!Always - and I mean always the rudest staff, service, and [food is ok BUT COLD-] - I seriously don’t spend $50 to feed my kids or myself cold/old foodWith today’s inflated [for no reason] prices, you have to make up the difference with kindness or ppl won’t spend what money they do have - on your establishment!You ALL need to be retrained and that’s if you keep your jobs at all. I’ve been to this location probably a dozen times (this will be the last) - and it never fails - RUDE, HATEFUL, uncaring humans work at this store -
If I could give a negative on these stars I would. Every single time we come here the staff is rude. I despise being asked “What else?” after every single thing I say. This time to make things worse none of the food was even hot. I won’t be coming back to this location.
