I have to say this. Our waitress was super nice. The food on the other hand is not even close to okay. Started with a dirty dip bowl for the salsa. It had a dried on lemon seed. Chips were horrible. Tasted like rancid grease. The worst was the chicken enchilada. Took one bite and had to spit it out. The chicken was sour, smelled rotten and had a mushy texture. I only ate a few bites of my food and was not expecting to have to pay for this rotten food. Apparently that is not their policy. I was told she ( assuming manager/owner ) could take of the amount for one enchilada. Told her again I barely touched the food. It's not edible and I'm not paying for it. After some grumbling she barked at our waitress to remove the meal from our check. This was our first and last time to eat there. Horrible food and not great customer service from management. Hopefully nobody will get sick from spoiled food.

Gross food. Horchata was spoil. Quesco is soup if you get it. Very greasy and cold. And it wasn't even busy.

Chuy's has always been a family since I was a little kid. Personally the best tex mex in azle and yes... I am aware of El Paseo. I stand by my word. The chips are very good and people are extremely nice.

Waitstaff was amazing, fast, kept drinks filled and prompt with all requests. Everything I have ordered has been delicious and came out hot and yummy. The queso, salsa and chips were great. I love the enchiladas and the Chile Relleno! The cinnamon sugar sopapillas hit just the right spot to where I wanted to be wheeled out in a wheelbarrow. The build your own breakfast burritos smothered in their Ranchero sauce and covered in cheese was the most amazing plate of all!!

Vegetarian options: With the restaurant having build your own option there is flexibility to have vegetarian options when ordering

This little place was a delightful find! The food is delicious. I had chicken fajitas and it was seasoned well. We got a cup of queso and that was good too! I also really liked their chips. Inside the walls are painted bright colors and it's very festive!!! ??

Food was not so great. Chips were stale as if they are bought in bulk, not made fresh. Drive in speaker not functioning correctly. I will travel further for good Mexican food.

Flavor makes food good. Happy Tarrant County has so many other Mexican Restaurants that provide flavor in a meal.

It was really good food and drinks. The salsa was a little too sweet for me. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Prices were great. We will be going back.

Have always loved Chuy's since a kid, so glad they are expanding to offer their delicious Tex Mex out here! Today I had the eggs with chorizo and potatoes with a side of their refried beans. That with some fresh made flour tortillas and it was exactly what I needed to start this weekend! I also got a barbacoa taco, it had a little more fat than i like, but it was still very tasty. And of course, I can't ever miss their chips an salsa with queso dip definitely one of those places that falls under comfort food category for me. Definitely recommend it to those that still haven tried it!

Give this place another try. They really have to step it up. Guacamole was old and rotten. Rice was hard. Seems like been in a cooker for a while. Giving 2 stars for service. Waitress working hard.
