Thursday Night 8:58 and they are CLOSED AGAIN- No One on the Premises.Hours state they are open until 10pm.Our 5TH time this has happened and that is after the last occasion I visited and the drive thru and the cashier heavy sighed, slammed her hand down on the counter turned and mouthed off because I asked a question about my order because I couldn't hear her.This has got to be the Nastiest DQ on the planet but how bad could you mess up a Soft Serve Cone?? Um... Never again-

Awful customer service and getting worst. My wife call the eve shift supervisor to complain that a food item was forgotten and she was left at the window with no reply and the shift manager hung up on her. A food item was forgotten, my wife was not the last customer in line and they refused to acknowledge her at the window. This is just one example of the decline in customer service. There was another night where we got there before closing and they declined to serve is by turning off the lights and not answering the window even though they were all still there.

I know that the DQ in Azle seems to be short handed but who ever is preparing the food now is doing a great job it taste better than ever its hot when you get it and I think they finally changed their oil that they fry in food taste much better way to go DQ

Drive through only. No walk ups allowed. Long wait. They close at 6pm because they can't get people to work. Staff is so small and overworked it's amazing they can still operate as a business.

Call at 1030 and they say they have shut off the kitchen stuff so can’t order and we say well lights are all of by accident but you can’t order food! Will NeVER eat at this location again. Thanks for nothing

Went Monday to get a dipped cone around 6:30pm and employees were walking out saying they are closed. What a crock.They need to bulldoze that place down and rebuild with new management.

You guys need to upgrade your system the whole place looks like it could use an upgrade. The poor girl at the window couldn’t talk into the speaker because it kept messing up and we couldn’t really hear her. Really unprofessional and embarrassing for them please help your employees and UPGRADE

The Dairy Queen in Azle is horrible. Long waits and can't get the order right half the time. Building is garbage and falling down with pot hole filled parking lot. I'm done with this walking nightmare.
