I had to take my ferret to the vet, then hop over to work after. Found out he needs a specialty vet and possibly surgery. Was almost crying since he's so old and didn't know if he can handle it. Drove up and asked for 6 shots of espresso in a big cup and nothing else. Before the lady could click off her mic, I heard her yell, "We've got a Crowley". She told me she hopes my day gets better when she handed me my drink.

Baristas are great but management really needs to get the staffing/scheduling figured out. 30+ min wait for 1 drink in the middle of the day is crazy. Only ever see 2 people working and that is not enough. Hope they figure it out soon before they start losing business over these crazy wait times.

Don’t ever get a coffee here in the morning when you’re on the go, wasted 35 minutes waiting for an online order only to be served Creamer in my cup! Now I’m having to go back and ask for this to be remade bc I cannot justify spending $20 on something that taste disgusting.

Unfortunately, had to wait almost thirty minutes today for one coffee. Once order was finally delivered to my car, there was no explanation given as to why the wait was so long. Sad part is, my last visit the wait was about twenty minutes for one coffee. Very sad!

This has been my normal spot since they opened and the customer service has really dropped in the past two weeks. Reality of it is it shouldn't take 20-25 min to make an order ahead (1) coffee. Coffee = good Rebels= even better Plenty of options for kiddos Plenty of drink options for the ones with wandering taste buds.

The Golden Eagle Chai with strawberry soft top and caramel drizzled cup was Devine and I thoroughly enjoyed my weekly visit and the wait time is usually pretty speedy. The employees were very kind and attentive! I always leave a tip for the hard work they put into creating the most delicious beverages!
Yall! I am SOOOOOO EXCITEDLY IMPRESSED with the new DutchBros opening staff here in Azle!!!!! I was super worried they were not going to really know what they were doing but I have been in nearly every day since they opened and for as much business as they are having to deal with on the daily, they are still so friendly and efficient!! Thank yall so much for working so hard!

Thought it was weird they have a sign blocking so you cant pull up to the window in the first place but then 10 minutes later no one ever came to the car in front of us or us. We finally just pulled around for our order that i ordered ahead on the app and they didnt have it ready. Did witness about 4 people taking trash out together so it doesn't appear to be a lack of employees...this is my second time trying dutch bros and i was not impressed. Update: ten minutes more and i got a milkshake that tasted awful and wasn't how i ordered. I then asked for a refund to my app since it was my free drink and they were unable to figure out how to do it. Get help to this location or get ready to fail.

Couldn’t have been worse service. I pulled in around 9:05 am, my husband had a CrossFit comp right around the corner and asked me to go grab him coffee. My friend’s next heat was at 9:30, His next heat was at 9:45, but there were only 7 people in front of me so I didn’t forsee that as being an issue but apparently it was, because at 9:40 I was still sitting sitting in line. At one point an employee walked out and delivered coffee to the car behind me, I stopped her and told her I had been waiting for over 30 mins and I had somewhere to be in 5 minutes. She said “I’m sorry, we’re just busy”. I get that, but it should not take that long to serve 7 vehicles coffee, right? There seemed to be plenty of employees. Anyway, thankfully the comp was running a little behind and I was able to watch my husband, but I did miss my friend’s entire workout. My husband did say his coffee was decent, so at least it wasn’t a crappy coffee too.

Pulled in at 1142am Friday 10-4, order was not taken till 1206. There was someone taking orders so i am confused as to why the line didn't move till 1212. The lakeworth location is much better at service times. I understand that it takes 4 minutes to make a cup of coffee. But if you can see the orders plan ahead. I had really high hopes for this location. It is always a 20+ minute waiting.
