I had a mobile order and two of the drinks were very similar and got mixed up so I went back to the window to see if they could add extra sweet to one of them to tell them apart. As I walked up she yells what at me infront of everyone. very rude. then she continued to say whatever to me after I told her the situation. it was a girl with long blonde braids in her hair she was very rude for no reason. yall need to check who you’re hiring.

Love the coffee. This location is maddening. Its SO SLOW. Ordering on the app is a complete Joke. You order ahead and you still wait 10-20 mins in the drive thru. You walk up to the window to pick up an app order and you STILL wait for 10 mins. What's the point of ordering ahead anyway?? This Azle location is very slow and unfortunately I will probably have to find another coffee shop. Waiting 20 mins for coffee when you order ahead is just.....pointless. Get it together, Dutch Bros.

I ordered online and went in the outside lane . Order time was 7:02. The person taking orders looked at me and then went to the truck that just pulled up. The Dutch Bros in Hudson Oaks will bring online orders out that’s why you go to outside lane.
