I had to take my ferret to the vet, then hop over to work after. Found out he needs a specialty vet and possibly surgery. Was almost crying since he's so old and didn't know if he can handle it. Drove up and asked for 6 shots of espresso in a big cup and nothing else. Before the lady could click off her mic, I heard her yell, "We've got a Crowley". She told me she hopes my day gets better when she handed me my drink.
Baristas are great but management really needs to get the staffing/scheduling figured out. 30+ min wait for 1 drink in the middle of the day is crazy. Only ever see 2 people working and that is not enough. Hope they figure it out soon before they start losing business over these crazy wait times.
This has been my normal spot since they opened and the customer service has really dropped in the past two weeks. Reality of it is it shouldn't take 20-25 min to make an order ahead (1) coffee.
