The Asian lady, who I think is the owner is an absolute treasure. She is so happy and welcoming. The doughnuts are always fresh. I genuinely look forward to getting donuts and seeing her when I go. On days when I get donuts. She is the highlight of my day.

I just had to change my review as the old lady who I met today was nice and extremely patient with me. The doughnut was fluffy and glazed the perfect amount. Another customer came in with a child and she was so sweet talking with him. This visit was much more welcoming than our initial one.

I sent my friend to get me some doughnuts before I had to work. He was supposed to be given a 1/2 dozen and some doughnut holes. The lady obviously needs to stop flirting and open her ears so she can hear what the customer needed. She charged him for a dozen of doughnuts and doughnut holes. He didn't realize what she did until after she charged him for it and then was gonna keep my change. I tried calling them to see if we could get the problem fixed. They let their phone ring off the hook and wouldn't answer. I tried calling twice. Their mailbox is even full and can't take any messages. Needless to say I got more than what I wanted/needed and experienced horrible customer service. I won't be returning with my business.
This is my favorite donut shop. Their donuts are so soft. The kolaches are awesome and I love the long johns. They use the good yellow cream not the white. This time I tried a sour cream donut and I was amazed that even that one was soft as those type of donuts are known to be more crunchy. We are not morning people and love to sleep in, but we will wake up to go here. They are open later, but sell out fast so if you want a big selection you have to get there at least by 10am.
