I eat here on a regular basis. Service is always great chicken is awesome. But the long John silvers has really downsized their fish. They aren’t even as big as the chicken strips and they used to be double in size. Of course the price is high just like everything else in America. Atmosphere is typical fast food setting. Clean bathrooms.

The food used to be much better, including the Long John Silver items, but the past several times it was overcooked and tasted left over. Plus it was filthy! There used to be a young lady working there, maybe the manager, not sure but she was nice and quick and the food was good and place was clean - need her back.

The food at this place is cooked in oil that is darker than your cars oil at change The new store manager cares more about not working hard than actually making the store better and serving better food I think I got told her name is terri it is no longer the Michael stugart I waited 45 min for my food to get it over cooked and over priced im surprised they can keep any employees they all look miserable working there needs new management or closed

They need to have a steamer come in and clean. There are just some things you can't get with the tools corporate allows. And like most corporations they aren't going to put boots on the ground and see that. They also are designing fast food places to be cold and modern. It's not just them. Bring back the family atmosphere please. I understand why, because it's easier to keep clean but it's so unwelcoming. Oh and stop burning the hush puppies. It's my favorite part and 9 times out of 10 I can't bite through them.

The chicken tenders and fries were both extra stale and seem like they were precooked and sitting on the counter for hours! Very disappointing, I gave it to my dog. Not my first disappointing experience with this KFC location, it’s always something, either items missing from the order or bad food! I’ll never try my luck with this location again!

Just passing through this area, this restaurant was clean, friendly. Great management went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and the food was hot and great. Highly suggest this particular KFC Manager was exceptional.
I ordered a 5 pc combo and was only given 4 pieces of chicken. Wedges seemed like they were old. She tried not giving me my 2 drinks on my combo. I was given a free order of potato balls but was given some little pieces of chicken. My grandson said it wasn't potatoes. There wasn't a lot of people there so I don't why they couldnt get my order correctly and they had plenty of time because I ordered through app and I had to drive there so it wasn't like I was sitting in the drive through. It's just that location I believe. I've never had issues at other locations.

Took forever last time to take our order. Left after standing 15 min while drive through got all the attention. They run out of some menu option routinely.

We ordered today approximately about 5:20 was told that I order would be ready at 5:55 but to watch the tracker. The tracker said that our food was done at 6:12 We went up there and we had to wait another 40 minutes for mixed bucket 12 piece fried chicken. Our fries were not included and are dessert was so ineable it was ridiculous. To top it all off it was dry and your cook stuff proceeds to berate your teenage staff in front of customers. It doesn't seem that management is very happy you are the workers. Probably will never eat there again do not know how this place even stays open.

I don't know but this location is truly scraping the bottom of the barrel here. The staff gave NO shits about their work. Didn't give me my nuggets, tossed sauce servings about hap hazardly and rushed me the hell on.
