Where to start well most important myvkids had to wait an 1hr 30 min b4 eating. Mind you i orderd threw the app simple meal 6 tinder 6 pice chicken and 2 sides,4 biscuits and after waiting the hr I drove 10 min to the store while my kids are falling asleep hungry,had to releave the driver that was patiently waiting the while time. (Tipped him for waiting) he cancled the order i waited 25 min more and another driver came in wated 5 min b4 i noticed then had to tell i was there and that she can deliver the order via app and I will just take the food home. SO 1HR 45 MIN TOTAL. My kids and pregnant wife ate poor quality food cold/old fries, didn't even get the biskets or sauces.
Now that I've put this here (EMPLOYEE PAIGE) DID A GREAT JOB WHILE WAITING I NOTICED SHE WAS THE INE ASKING NOT ONLY WAS MY FOOD BUT OUTHERS AND TAKING DRIVE THREW AND COUNTER ORDERS ( OH YEAH SHE NOT EVEN THE MANAGER BTW ) THE MANAGER WAS APPARENTLY NOT FEELING WELL AND WAS JUST PUTTING FOOD IN BOXES. HE DIDN'T EVEN ADDRESS THE FACT THAT I HAD BEEN WAITING OVER AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD. THE GUY NEEDS TO BE FIRED( DRUG TESTED) FOR SURE. THE ONLY REASON THE PLACE IS AFLOAT TO NIGHT IS BECAUSE PAIGE IS WORKING HER AZZ OFF CARRYING EVERYONE ON HER SHOLDERS.

We went there to get dinner last night. Ordered the 16 piece meal. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. Told them that was fine... While noticing, the store was not busy at all. So we waited, about 25 minutes later we went up and asked if our order was ready... He came the manager.. We will call him (Twinkle toes) ask us if there was a problem. We said, the cashier told us it was going to be a 20 minute wait. As rude as Twinkle toes could be. He said no she said 30 minutes. I said not but ok. It has not been 30 minutes, so is it ready. He said no and just walked away. A total of 45 minutes later. Our food came out. A different employee brought us our food. He was a nice young man. We got home and ate our dinner and everyone is sick this morning in our home... This KFC is junk. Do got here

Just came through there a minute ago and told the lady I wanted some KFC sauce didn't think that she heard me so I repeated myself and she got very rude with me and basically swung my chicken bag at me at the drive-thru very rude anytime I eat there or come through the drive-thru the people are rude and not very professional.
Just be careful they anybody just lotter you n the parking lot as they let trucks just shine their high beams on people just trying to go through the drive thru and almost hitting the curb cause they .can't see the drive thru due to being blind

Ordered two 8 piece meals u can tell they have kids in there that don't care about getting people sick or how the food comes out chicken looked like it was fried for a couple minutes and thrown in a bucket inside of the chicken was pink and bloody I tried calling up there no answer the young lady that took the order was rude terrible

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at restaurant. I ordered online, and when it stated it was ready, they hadn’t even started making it yet. People who walked into the store and ordered after me got their food before me. They were also out of half of the items I ordered on the app and that people ordered in front of me in person.

I wish 0 stars was possible! I couldn’t tell you what the food was like because me and my wife stood at the counter for about 10min before I cleared my throat towards the lady at the window. Without even making eye contact she said “I’ll be right with y’all” and seeing that the drive thru was busy I understood. Gave another 5min before me and my wife decided the amount of people walking around the back and nobody came to tend to the front counter we weren’t any sort of a priority so we took our business else where. I’ll never give this place another chance or recommend anyone to this dump!
