We ordered today approximately about 5:20 was told that I order would be ready at 5:55 but to watch the tracker. The tracker said that our food was done at 6:12 We went up there and we had to wait another 40 minutes for mixed bucket 12 piece fried chicken. Our fries were not included and are dessert was so ineable it was ridiculous. To top it all off it was dry and your cook stuff proceeds to berate your teenage staff in front of customers. It doesn't seem that management is very happy you are the workers. Probably will never eat there again do not know how this place even stays open.

Not one customer inside the restaurant. Waited about 8-10 minutes at the counter for somebody to take our order. Girl working drive thru finally said “I will get to you when I can” as she continued to take 2 more drive thru orders it was obvious that we were not ever going to get our order taken so we left.

Scrappy sides, no taste to the chicken, overcooked. They need be shut down and put a raising cane's there instead. Paige was awesome for customer service. She is the only good with that place.

This place is horrible! They have the least competent employees who always have an excuse to be lazy and not work or do anything that may mean effort on their part. The chicken is always wrong, old, cold or they are out and always have an excuse on why they won't be making anymore. Worst kfc location ever.

Where to start well most important myvkids had to wait an 1hr 30 min b4 eating. Mind you i orderd threw the app simple meal 6 tinder 6 pice chicken and 2 sides,4 biscuits and after waiting the hr I drove 10 min to the store while my kids are falling asleep hungry,had to releave the driver that was patiently waiting the while time. (Tipped him for waiting) he cancled the order i waited 25 min more and another driver came in wated 5 min b4 i noticed then had to tell i was there and that she can deliver the order via app and I will just take the food home. SO 1HR 45 MIN TOTAL. My kids and pregnant wife ate poor quality food cold/old fries, didn't even get the biskets or sauces.
Now that I've put this here (EMPLOYEE PAIGE) DID A GREAT JOB WHILE WAITING I NOTICED SHE WAS THE INE ASKING NOT ONLY WAS MY FOOD BUT OUTHERS AND TAKING DRIVE THREW AND COUNTER ORDERS ( OH YEAH SHE NOT EVEN THE MANAGER BTW ) THE MANAGER WAS APPARENTLY NOT FEELING WELL AND WAS JUST PUTTING FOOD IN BOXES. HE DIDN'T EVEN ADDRESS THE FACT THAT I HAD BEEN WAITING OVER AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD. THE GUY NEEDS TO BE FIRED( DRUG TESTED) FOR SURE. THE ONLY REASON THE PLACE IS AFLOAT TO NIGHT IS BECAUSE PAIGE IS WORKING HER AZZ OFF CARRYING EVERYONE ON HER SHOLDERS.

We went there to get dinner last night. Ordered the 16 piece meal. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. Told them that was fine... While noticing, the store was not busy at all. So we waited, about 25 minutes later we went up and asked if our order was ready... He came the manager.. We will call him (Twinkle toes) ask us if there was a problem. We said, the cashier told us it was going to be a 20 minute wait. As rude as Twinkle toes could be. He said no she said 30 minutes. I said not but ok. It has not been 30 minutes, so is it ready. He said no and just walked away. A total of 45 minutes later. Our food came out. A different employee brought us our food. He was a nice young man. We got home and ate our dinner and everyone is sick this morning in our home... This KFC is junk. Do got here
