Ordered online... order couldn't be found at first. I had to wait what seemed like forever. Then when the order was brought out, they couldn't confirm it was the right order... and said if not right it is not their fault... seriously?? When I arrived home, several things were missing! Tried calling 20+times... phone picked up and hung up! Food was not even up to par!!! Chicken tenders were very tough and fries seemed a bit old. Very disappointed!!! Don't think I'll be returning unless there is a change!UPDATE:It was my dad's birthday and he wanted extra crispy chicken from KFC, so we decided to try it again since it's been a while. I ordered online, got to kfc 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it wasn't. I was asked to wait around front and told I was the second order to go out. I sat for 30 minutes as I watched 3 other orders to out before someone comes out to inform me they were out of extra crispy chicken and would I be OK with original recipe. I wasn't happy about it since in the past they've always had the same issue. Then I waited another 10 minutes before I told them to just cancel my order at which I was told they couldn't cancel it, I would have to call a number...I also mentioned to the manager that I was told I was the second order to go out and he told me his cashier didn't tell me that.. so basically telling me I was a liarI had to wait over another 20 minutes to speak to someone to cancel my order on the phone.Never again!

Went last 3 times 1s chicken was greasy and mostly small pieces 2nd time greasy 3rd time pdoc 34.00 for 10 pieces of chicken and no RollsI had to ask for better pieces because of the prior visits this is in AZLE I USED TO LOVE KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN NOT ANYMORE

I travel alot and love Kfc but this place is by far the worst I ever visited. This place needs be shutdown. Chicken looked tasted old biscuits like hocky pucks. Coleslaw dry as can be. Mash potatoes gravy tasted burnt. We got the 16 piece family meal. Nope never again
So I've gone there numerous times thinking I was just catching them on an off day .. however, they are consistently terrible. Half the time the doors to the restaurant are pad locked shut and the other half they don't even acknowledge you when you can get in. I mean this literally, I stood there for 10 minutes once and had to walk out because nobody ever even greeted me or told ne they'd be a minute. I avoid the place altogether ow because its simply not worth the headache.

got there right before 9 because the police had pulled someone over would not let in the lobby waited 45 min for a single meal while watching people who got there after me get family meals. Makes no sense to close the lobby it takes them so much longer to run things out- so badly run

We had our order door dashed to us and there was absolutely no dipping sauces with our order and we got the $20 fill up box with nuggets and fries regular chicken and biscuits which comes with like 4 or 5 dipping sauces and didn't any not even ketchup or honey and our food was completely cold by time it arrived not to mention KFC already called us back and said it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before delivered because they had to make fresh biscuits and when we called to for our dipping sauces/ complain they're sorry there's nothing they can do about it another words we're SOL and sorry bout your bad luck is basically what the manager told us.... They have great customer service and even better food.... JK Don't eat here y'all it's a waste of time money and patience.

Food taste like it had been sitting out. Called, no one answered. Called again and someone picked up thrn hung up the phone. Ticket # 2846. It's in the trash. Will not be going back. Paige has an attitude as well. I'd clear the staff and start over.
Honestly, I hate posting bad reviews, but this place has issues. I ordered fish and waited 25 minutes. The girl deposited my order on the counter, then walked off, so I had to stand there another 5 mins just to ask for tartar sauce. The fish was way too greasy and looked like it had been sitting for hours.

Food is consistently just okay. But today this place was so trashed/dirty ! 2 other diners and all other tables empty and filthy! While one of the three employee sat in a dirty booth and played on his phone the ENTIRE time we were ordering, waiting and eating (do he wasn’t just “on break).Trash all over the floor, so disappointing - this is one of the nicer atmospheres (inside) for Azle - or it could be if anybody cared.Wheelchair accessibility: I know they have designated wheelchair seating because that was the only clean table in this virtually empty dining room
