Our order is wrong half the time we order it. So, we pick up our pizza see it is wrong and have to wait another 10 minutes for them to make it again. Just so frustrating. The pizza is good tho.

My wife was treated terribly on Halloween night after she waited more than 40 minutes past the expected pick up time for our pizza. They cussed her our after she asked for a refund. They refused to give a refund until the situation continued to worsen. One kid started yelling personal attacks for no reason. One lady threatened to call the police instead of offering the refund. She finally yelled that she would void the transaction so that my wife would leave. This could have been avoided if a trained manager had been on staff. Will not be returning.

I literally saw him grab a pepperoni stick it in his mouth, suck on his fingers, and then touch the pizza to cut it 🤢🤢🤢🤢 I feel bad for whoever’s pizza that was… sooooo GROSS.

Beware! Halloween night was awful. Several of us were waiting over an hour or more for pizza we'd ordered online. I watched a customer ask for their money back because they couldn't wait any longer and the employees blatantly ignored this person. When pressed for attention a male employee yelled NO we don't give refunds. This began an arguing match and no doubt the customer was rightfully upset, the employee cussed this person and used personal attacks. BTW - I ordered 6 pizzas. 2 were supposed to be thin crust, I only got one thin crust and I had one pizza terribly burnt. Had to throw it away! Very rude, needs a new management! I will not go back. You don't treat customers that way.

called in for an order at exactly 4:35, a young man took my order and told me it would be ready in 15, cool.. waited 15, sent someone to go pick it up and upon pick up apparently there was no order under my name? So I called the place up and asked.. a young lady replied this time and told me there had been a mistake and that my order would be ready at 5:40. My order was never ready. Called once again just to be left on hold for 10 minutes and no reply. Very disappointing.
Ordered 3 pizzas and some cheese sticks today. Got a notification pizza was loaded in the portal at 11:26. I picked the order up at 11:35. Pizza was lukewarm. Not made fresh. I have ordered plenty of times and it’s always hot and fresh. Whoever did this order today did not do a good job.

I ordered a crazy crust but had no idea it was supposed to be overwhelmed with butter garlic. S much so that it was leaking out of the box. Very sad to see the stain on my leather seats. I did not expect this at all.
