A restaurant should never leave customers on hold for over ten minutes to take other orders while listening. And then to give attitude because a free pizza was Offered after being given a pizza that was so burnt it was black. I'm sorry but this girl is here has an attitude

We used to dread coming here because the customer service was terrible then we met E she has been beyond amazing, her customer service is over the top! We love coming tittle ceasers but because it’s not only the cheapest pizza in Azle but every time E is there our experience here is perfect. I really appreciate all the hardwork she does!
I order here all of the time and it’s always good, they’re just busy a whole lot. The staff is also very friendly and nice, thank you. I have no clue of her name, but a girl with colored hair was very sweet and got my food out quickly.

So I go in after a long day of work picking up a few pizzas for the family . I go in nobody in sight then a worker comes out and says man you going to have to wait. Did not ask she just said .. so ok then I’m waiting she comes out and is messing with the cash register and look at me and said hello what you going to order.. with a clear attitude in voice…I let it go … I can’t stand people that do not want to do there job … it’s crazy not sure the girls name but she was a young black women that talked like she was trying to be a man

Don't ever make a mistake on your online order. When calling the store to have the issue fixed, they never answer the phone. I sat on hold from the time I submitted my order until it was delivered with my mistake on the pizza. Never had time to have it fixed. Will not order from here again.
